The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is clean the design of the villa is well planned. The area is peaceful yet walking distance to the main area of panagsama. Extra patience on the road going in if you bring a car as it is small road though locals are very willing to help and adjust 😉. Overall, a great stay and would definitely come back. My family recently had the pleasure of staying at the French Villa Santander, and it was a lovely experience. From the moment we booked, arrived and checked-out, the host and the caretakers ensured our comfort and satisfaction. The luxurious accommodation made our stay truly relaxing and feeling home away from home. My family want to stay in this villa again. More so, the villa’s location is just a few minutes drive to Oslob Whale Shark Watching location. We highly recommend this place.

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. This beach house was pure magic! Angele was a superb communicator and made our stay extremely comfortable and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Also, don’t skip the host guide book! They absolutely nail all the best places to go and things to see in the area. We love, love, loved everything about this trip specifically because of this home :)

One of the Coolest Places I’ve Ever Stayed Probably the coolest place I’ve ever stayed. Angèle was incredibly responsive and helpful—she provided a guide, assisted with our travels, and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was beautifully designed, super aesthetic, and stocked with everything you could possibly want. Kayaks were available, there was a great pool, and of course, the beachfront was unbeatable. The scooter came in clutch for getting around. The place was also really spacious—perfect for bringing friends next time. I’ll definitely be back, and I’m already planning to stay longer! An absolutely incredible experience.

Lovely place, birthday well spent as the house is very homey and is capable to Host large group. You get to interact with the pawikans as well as they linger in the beach premises.

Great communication and 24/7 security and caretaker. Caretaker was very hospitable and no problem to tough to resolve. House was clean and tidy and great view over the sea. Unfortunately both my wife and I are light sleepers and the main 4 lane highway is between the house and the sea. Traffic was 24/7 so we got little sleep and thus left a day earlier.

Karen’s place was wonderful but what made the stay great was Karen herself, Wilson, and Gordo the dog. Everyone was so helpful and responsive and tended to our every need and wish. The space is so beautiful and pristine. The pool was amazing. The only thing I will say is that if you’re booking for 4 adults, I do not think the pull out couch could accommodate two full size adults. But, there are plenty of mattress pads and there’s definitely enough space for that amount of people. I highly recommend!

Perfect area just outside of Alona beach hub. Beds were perfect and room was squeaky clean

We had a wonderful stay at the Ultra Mint Dive Resort! The location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk to Alona Beach, with plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. The resort also offered a variety of excursions and organized everything seamlessly, making our experience stress-free. The staff was incredibly friendly and always helpful, making us feel very welcome. The only small downside was that the rooms could use some renovation, but overall, it didn’t affect our stay too much. If you’re looking for a well-located and hospitable place to stay, this resort is a great choice!

Loved our stay! Staff were awesome - super friendly, very attentive and helpful. the place was clean, comfy. FWIW it's actually a small resort with little villas (called Flower Garden Resort). We did not know that - and thus initially could not find the place. Eventually a stranger walking past to help us find it - as the building mapped to the airBNB listing is actually a few doors down.

We stayed here for a week for our anniversary and it was very peaceful relaxing. The staff were very helpful. I’d recommend hiring the scooter out as it made it very easy to get around and enjoy the island

Enjoyed three weeks on Doljo in an authentic beach house. Sitting on the front porch, you can take in the beauty of the beach, without all the noise and tourists found on Alona. Plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance to the left, beach and wildlife to the right. The two 24/7 attendants on site were always friendly, available, providing a wealth of knowledge, as well as peace of mind. We plan on visiting Doljo Beach again

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was a great place to stay close to Alona beach and all the restaurants but still not on the loud main road Marilyn was very fast to respond and fix any problem we had

Rose met us on check in, explaining everything. Nice touches including a real Nespresso machine. Good sized fridge, beautifully presented unit in a quiet location but still had easy access to everything. Really enjoyed our 8 days here.

The place is great, quiet and peaceful. Great for relaxation. The host/ owners are very accommodating. Their place has electricity already and a backup generator. Nothing to worry about the effect of typhoon, they are ready to serve.

Very pleasant stay. Great location. Building has very nice restaurant and store. Pool area is private, quiet and nice temperature. Overall we recommend!!!
