The bathroom has a thermostatic electric shower over the bath. The bedroom has a superking or twin singles. There is a private garden with secure storage for mountain bikes

The Granary cottage is a beautiful self catering rural retreat, a lovely barn conversion with open plan kitchen/sitting room with wood burner. It is located in beautiful upland Montgomeryshire mountain on the eastern escarpment of Bryn y fan on the Cambrian Mountains and has spectacular 35 mile views down the Trannon & Severn Valleys with distant mountains cradling the view, situated at 1100 feet. With a large flat terrace garden ideal for bbqs, children and for games, badminton, football etc

Originally stables, the cottage has been sustainably converted to one-up-one-down self-catering accommodation. Double bed, shower, washing m/c, sofa-bed & well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to via public transport. 10 min walk from station and 5 mins to bus stops. Very close to shops, cafes etc. Cycle parking available. There is usually space to park a car on the drive, but be aware that the entrance is a bit narrow. We also have an EV charger. We have swifts nesting between May and August.

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.
