Studio has high ceilings, double glazing, heat/air con pump. 200 metres to beach, 1.2 km to Fashion Island & Papamoa Plaza, easy 15-20 min walk via reserve with walking/cycling tracks. 6 kms to Bayfair. Original Kiwi holiday home from the past that has been added to and modernised to give you an ideal relaxed and comfortable holiday stay. This comfortable north facing fully fenced, three bedroom bach has great indoor/outdoor flow an outdoor hot shower and plenty of outdoor space to play. The Bach sits two houses back from the beach with peaceful sounds of the waves and peeks of the sea and Motiti Island. Pets are welcome to join you for you stay (refer to Pet House Rules below).
