The place was great and worked really well for our family during our stay. We would happily go back. Communication with the hosts was easy and extremely timely. The only minor draw back was that the larger communal pool across from the house was not open when we were there which would have been nice for our smaller kids.

Alvaro's family house is charming and authentic. The team on site is friendly. The chef cooks very, very well, and it is essential to use his services, because there is nothing around the property. Don't think about a restaurant, a store, or access to Tulum. The property is very far from everything and the road is super difficult to access (3 hours of road with holes, our children were sick..). On the way back, we took a boat on the lagoon, it was expensive but so much better than the car. Alvaro organized everything, he's great, much more than just a host. Overall, we had an amazing experience, very peaceful and authentic. We loved it !!

Beautiful beach vacation. The on property staff were super friendly. Everything felt so safe and secure which was so important for my family. The snorkeling was amazing and you were steps away from a cenote. Great accommodations, great restaurants in the area. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Buen servicio, tuvimos un leve inconveniente con la energia pero simplemente fue un poco menos de 24 horas y ana siempre estuvo pendiente respondiendo en menos de 30 min, la tencion es super cool, tiene un restaurante rooftop en la unidad, donde venden cocteles y unas pizzas super top, también diversas piscina alrededor, el lugar es super seguro y está a nada de la playa muy bien ubicado ps en Tulum casi ninguna distancia a las zonas principal como bares o restaurantes es mas allá de 15 minutos en vehiculo, 100% recomendado.

Our stay was fantastic, the host was very responsive to our queries and provided local recommendations/things to do. They were also very flexible with check-in/check-out. I needed to extend my stay for an hour as I had an interview and Caroline was more than happy to help. The Airbnb is secure with 24/7 security and the pool, gym, and walk up to the room is pretty sick.

Esprit écolodge très sympathique. Pas beaucoup de zones de rangement, ce qui permet de se limiter à l'essentiel. Très beau décor, jungle. Accès à 2 petites piscines (sur le toit et au rez de chaussée), ce qui est bienfaisant après une chaude journée. Parking privé appréciable et surveillé 24h/24 (ronde de gardien). Nous n'avons pas été dérangé par le bruit de la rue de beach clubs et avons pu profiter de leur ambiance et services. La mer est super belle et chaude 🥰. Par contre, la cuisine (et ustensile) est très sommaire. Il faut juste le savoir et adopter un fonctionnement simple. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. Un petit paradis 🏖️🏜️🏝️

Our stay at this property was a 10/10. The concierge was super helpful in planning our trip and answered all of our questions super quick. This location was perfect because it’s right in between the center of Tulum (restaurants, shops, more local vibe) and also right by the hotel zone and beach zone which is the more touristy area. It was perfect to have a combination of both areas and really gave us an authentic “Mexican experience”. The air bnb was lovely and looked just like the pictures. We felt safe 100% of the time!! We will definitely be returning here!!

We had a peaceful and relaxing time in this beautiful Tankah Bay condo! The setting is so pretty and this condo is the perfect place to enjoy the sea and sunshine. We really enjoyed the sunbeds and cooling off in the pool. Take a morning or afternoon walk north on the beach to the Bahia Soliman area. The brisket at Bsky Resturant is a must for dinner! I recommend renting a car to get around. Cenote Taak Bi Ha is another great place to visit while you're here! It's not very busy and it's a short drive through the jungle. Thanks for sharing this beautiful condo with us!

Our week at Pájaro Azul was a well welcomed respite. With all the surrounding beach clubs and, ahem, all that has become modern Tulum, Nueva Vida is a hidden throwback to a natural oasis. Unplug and find out. An absolute perfect stay.

Un lugar muy acogedor y estratégicamente ubicando en Tulum. Zona muy segura, el anfitrión es super amable y proactivo. Volvería nuevamente. 10 de 10. Altamente recomendado.

Home could use a little more cooking utensils for those who like to cook. I must have missed that there wasn't a washer and dryer but not a deal breaker as we were in our swimsuits all the time. The view was amazing and being right off the beach was incredible. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place that is not in the middle of madness.

Jessie es una excelente anfitriona, ya que siempre fue muy amable, atenta y estuvo al pendiente todo el tiempo para cualquier situación. Nos ayudó en todo momento, nos guió hasta el lugar, nos dio recomendaciones e información útil de la zona. El lugar es maravilloso, muy cómodo y cuenta con todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estancia. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y cuenta con mucha seguridad. Mi familia, mi perro y yo pasamos unos días increíbles y estaremos encantados de regresar. Estamos muy agradecidos con Jessie por todas sus atenciones desde el inicio hasta el final de nuestra estancia, incluyendo la cálida bienvenida con unas refrescantes bebidas. 100% recomendable

La atención por parte del personal es muy buen, son muy amables y estuvieron siempre para apoyarme en cualquier cosa que requiriera. El restaurante del lugar es riquísimo, súper recomendado los tacos de pulpo y la ensalada de Quinoa. La habitación es muy acogedora y especial. La verdad disfruté muchísimo mi estancia tanto por el lugar, la ubicación, la comida y el trato tan amable. Muchas Gracias.

I can highly recommend Luisa’s apartment. Spacious Rooms, Beachfront, Pool ! All u need to know for a nice stay !! Book it !!! ••••••••• The place is even more spacious than it looks on the pictures, living room and bedroom with access to the terrace, so open the door and u are right at the beach! Kitchen perfect for cooking, w a big fridge, water filter and a big dinning area. Huge TV w a comfy couch for a nice Netflix session. Outside area comes w beach beds, a little gym, pool w beds and umbrellas, kayaks and little play area for kids. It’s about 15 min drive to Tulum, so it’s really a peaceful getaway but not to far away from the action in tulum. If u can get a SUV because the road closer to the apartment is a bit rougher (but also doable w a normal car).
