La estancia fue muy agradable, el anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente y tuvo toda la disposición, el lugar muy agradable lo recomiendo y sin dudar regresaría nuevamente.

We spent a wonderful stay in Casa flamingo. La Veleta is a very nice,peaceful and secure neighborhood. You are not so far from beach if you have a car or with bike. You can feel the Tulum pueblo vibes which are really most interesting than the « Hostalera zona » vibes. Clemence was waiting for us when we arrived and give us good advice to enjoy the Tulum’s life. She was always very reactive when we had questions. The house is great and we enjoy to spend time by the pool. At night there are bars and restaurants close to the house. We found also a good bakery for the breakfast (very important for french people :-). Everything was perfect. We highly recommend Casa flamingo. If we come back we already know where to go!!!

This house was truly a home away from home! A big thank you to Alexis, Cindy, and Alefo for making sure my stay was pleasant, especially after a challenging first night getting there due to a storm in the Yucatán Peninsula. The house is spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything you need, including wi-fi to make your stay comfortable and convenient. It’s perfect for a family of four and has plenty of parking space. Once you're familiar with the area, it's easy to find if you're driving. One thing to note: the neighborhood is still developing, so the roads aren’t in the best condition. I recommend using a suitable vehicle and downloading offline Google Maps, as internet reception in the area can be spotty. It’ll definitely help you navigate more easily. Thank you again to the amazing host team for your great communication and support throughout my stay. I’m already planning to return to Tulum next year and would absolutely consider staying here again!

Omar was a great host , any problems we had he fixed it right away . Spent my 30th birthday here and felt right at home . House is very beautiful and when we return we will book here again .

Nuestra estancia en Tulum fue simplemente increíble gracias a esta hermosa casa. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo fue perfecto: la limpieza impecable, la decoración con mucho estilo y, lo mejor de todo, la alberca privada, ideal para relajarse después de un día explorando la ciudad o la playa. La ubicación es excelente, en una zona tranquila pero con fácil acceso a restaurantes, tiendas y cenotes. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Recomendaría este lugar sin pensarlo dos veces a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de Tulum con total comodidad. ¡Definitivamente volveríamos!

Absolutely phenomenal home. Will definitely be my go to next time we come to Tulum. Mirko is very responsible and responsive. One of the first Airbnb in Tulum with tons of very well deserved reviews. Lots of construction going on but honestly that is all over Tulum. Don’t hesitate just book it. Walk to restaurants and bank and town. Taxi to beach and cenotes or watering holes. They have a taxi that works with the house and he is well priced. Comes for you and picks you up pretty much 24 hours as far as we could tell. An amazing experience. Thank you.

My group and I loved our stay at Blue Deer Residences. The house is as pictured- it felt luxurious and peaceful. Our group of 7 felt like we had plenty of personal space and great communing spaces. Lesley is super responsive and helpful; the whole team definitely helped make our trip relaxing, special, and just what we needed in a vacation.

The place is really great and worth the price! Be aware, you should rent motorbike or VUS. The place is really far from the city, and the taxi are expansives.

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

Gabriela is an incredible host- far exceeded expectations! The condo was just like the photos and very clean. It’s in a developing neighborhood with some fantastic nearby restaurants within a short walking distance. There is construction on the street which the host mentions in the posting. It can be noisy most days (except Sunday) but we just put our headphones on and still enjoyed the outdoor spaces. One minute away is a small Cenote! And at least 3 others within travel distance on bikes or a scooter. It is about a 20 minute bike ride to the beach. You can walk to downtown Tulum (15 mins?) from the condo, some directions will lead you through some quite impoverished areas to get there. However, Tulum feels extremely safe and welcoming at all times. We loved our visit and our stay! Immerse yourself in the Mexican culture and you will love it too!

The space was just what we needed for a group of 4 girls on a trip to Tulum. I would note that there are no sun loungers, so we booked into a nearby hotel rooftop to maximize sun hours, as well as a couple trips to the beach. While there are many areas you can walk to, getting to the main strip at night was a little sketchy. I would recommend having a regular taxi that will respond quickly for pick up and drop off. Otherwise, all other areas in Alda Zama were great, some really great cafes and coffee shops within a 15 min walk.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Mexico, really stylish and the rooftop terrace is perfect for relaxing, cooling off and yoga. We also loved the location and the nearby restaurants were amazing. The hosts couldn't have done more with easy instructions, quick responses if we needed anything and great recommendations. We could not recommend this apartment more, it was perfect

La casa de Sergio es hermosa, perfectamente cuidada y de excelente gusto. Superó por mucho nuestras expectativas, los cuartos súper amplios todos con vestidor y camas muy cómodas, la cocina, sala y terraza enormes, la alberca bonita, grande y con una palapa genial para estar en grupos de amigos o familiares. La vista al canal es súper linda y se puede tomar el sol desde que amanece y hasta el atardecer. Francesca quien siempre estuvo en contacto conmigo es una persona súper amable, me recomendó -entre muchas otras cosas- un Catamarán donde la pasamos espectacular (de hecho pasaron por nosotros al muelle de la casa), siempre fue muy atenta y resolutiva con la mejor actitud que he visto. En la casa estuvo siempre al pendiente de nosotros Rox, ella tuvo siempre la casa impecable y nos trató como una verdadera anfitriona. Recomiendo ampliamente esta casa y todo lo que implica, en general le daría 100/100 NOS ENCANTÓ y claro que volveremos.

The property was as described; 2 separate 2br 1 bath connected by the courtyard. We had issues with the water heater on the first level but they sent maintenance pretty quick. He ended up leaving access for us to get to it incase we had the same problem again. We did but we had it handled. The area in Tulum is undergoing a sewer repair or something like that. Several of the main streets are excavated with pipes laying around. It affects local access to the shops and commuting. Overall good stay and I would go back.

Staying at Villa LaGú was an incredible experience from start to finish for our bachelorette. From the moment we booked the space, Oscar was extremely quick to respond and proactive. It was our first time in Tulum, and he helped us with dinner reservations, activities, drivers, stocking the AirBnb, private chef experience, etc. we could not have planned the trip without him! The space is beautiful and great for groups, with beautiful rooms and bathrooms, and a beautiful common space that goes into the outdoor Terrace with the pool and hot tub. The staff was also excellent, with daily cleaning services. They quickly helped when we had a small plumbing issue and resolved it immediately! The space is nearby local restaurants and a short drive to downtown and the Tulum beaches. I highly recommend this BnB to anyone visiting and I would love to come back again!

I had an incredible month-long stay at this Airbnb in Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood. The area is filled with amazing restaurants, all within walking distance. I loved that I could explore the neighborhood entirely on foot—it's very safe and walk-friendly. The experience was everything I hoped for, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

A little slice of paradise in Tulum. We were a family of 4 (2A and 2C aged 13 and 10) and we spent a week at Luis' apartment and we didn't want to leave. Comms leading up to the check in were superb with Miguel (brother) and he was an excellent host all round. If we had a query or issue he responded instantly. The property is in a quiet and secure upmarket area of Tulum and we felt incredibly safe at all times, and had a great night sleep in the most comfortable of beds. There are a few eateries within walking distance and a great little supermarket for all your needs. The space is bigger than it appears in the photos and the outdoor space was both shaded and sunny - you were spoilt for choice of where to sit with a glass of wine in the evenings. The shared space is clean and tidy and the lobby attendant very helpful (knowing a little Spanish goes a long way). It was a great base for our trip to learn more about Mayan culture and I'd not hesitate to return. Thank you!

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.

This place was amazing! Everything was clean, and the pool was delightful. The ac units helped keep the rooms at a great temperature to sleep in, and the giant glass doors downstairs allowed for a nice indoor/outdoor feel, letting in plenty of light during the day! Lupita provided great excursions options to include a private driver from the Tulúm airport. I would highly recommend this air bnb. Close enough to downtown to walk if you want, but far enough away to be peaceful!
