Beautiful house inside and out. Was exactly like the pictures showed. Very cozy and warm and had a lovely homey feeling. Was the perfect size and easily accommodated our group of 5 adults and 1 child. Lovely host who always responded promptly and was friendly and accommodating. Best Airbnb we have stayed at so far. Excellent accommodation in picturesque location. We enjoyed a home from home experience. The Smart TV was a benefit with a wide range of viewing options after a long days sightseeing. We highly recommend to anyone considering a visit to the area. It's an easy run into Wellington so avoids staying in a built up area.

What an absolutely stunning place. Beautifully located in nature, with a gorgeous little stream flowing through the garden. The house is beautifully designed and fully equipped – everything you might need is there. Truly a fantastic spot. Hosts Scott and George are real superhosts – thoughtful and caring. My family and I had a lovely 2-night stay at Lis's property - it was peaceful and very clean, exactly like the photos. Kitchen was fully stacked with all the pots, pans, plates and cups you needed plus other kitchen appliances. Lis was very communicative and check in was easy. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Otaki area. Plus, the little treat she left us was delicious! Thank you so much Lis x

Friendly hosts, close to the beach, spacious place, hot tub (!) and two cuties (dog and cat) welcoming us upon arrival. We were unlucky with the weather, but the hot tub made even the rainy evenings enjoyable. We will definitely come back!

Ultra clean & spacious apartment with private access. Amazingly comfortable bed, great shower with nice toilettries, nice glasses & crockery. Linda had thoughtfully left breakfast provisions: eggs, bread, butter, milk, and beautiful chocolate. Access to a long, flat, sandy beach is next to the neighbours house. Thanks Linda & Shane

Zeer comfortabele accommodatie in een prachtige, rustige omgeving. Alles was aanwezig in de accommodatie en van goede kwaliteit. Heerlijk buitenzitje, privé en onder het genot van inheemse vogelgeluiden. Brian en Janet reageerden vlot op berichten en hadden bruikbare tips. Er waren een paar restaurants in de omgeving maar een bar met een gezellig terras was pas in Mana te vinden.

Beautifully decorated apartment was a real treat and the stunning views and sunsets from the windows and decks made it even more special. Every detail was thoughtfully catered for, making us feel truly at home.

We have stayed hundreds of holiday rentals and without doubt this is a solid 5-star ppty. The ppty was super clean, amazing floor plan, all the required amenities plus much more, comfortable furniture of the highest quality and our lovely host Ruby includes various sweet delights. The decor is 5-star and it's obvious that our host is totally focused on presenting a high standard which is a credit to her professionalism and attention to detail. We firmly rate this ppty and our host Ruby a solid 5-stars but without the 5-star price. This ppty and host shoots up to one of our top 5 rentals we have booked over many years of travel. We loved our stay over Easter weekend. The house was perfect for a group with everything you need and spacious. The location is amazing with beautiful ocean views overlooking Kapiti island. We were so lucky with the weather and could sit out on the deck and watch the sunset, and in the mornings eat breakfast with a view.
