Only 2min walk to coffee & walking tracks; 8-10 min walk to train/bus station, supermarkets, library, restaurants, cafes. With private access to the course & a stones throw to the golf club clubrooms, this is perfect for a golfing or chill out weekend away. Take in views the of the course & hills from your bedroom or enjoy some 🥂 on the deck - while being a spectator of the 10th green. If golf isn't your cup of tee there's a 5 minute stroll to the beautiful beach, cafes, restaurants & bars. Minimum two night stay.

The Shed - a contemporary annex near the beach

A multi purpose contemporary space. It offers a seperate bedroom and bathroom. In the living area there is a double sofabed, seating and dining plus a 75 inch smart TV and Sky TV. The bedroom has a TV with chromecast . Guests are welcome to use the outdoor area and spa pool located next to the main house. A continental breakfast is supplied. Close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We have 2 German Spitz dogs, very friendly. 2 adults will be considered a couple unless otherwise stated.

Kapiti Sea Breeze Cottage (2 mins walk to beach)

Located 45 minutes north of Wellington, Paraparaumu Beach offers delightful cafes and restaurants. Self check-in, modern amenities and a stunning beach for walking. Perfect for travellers seeking a relaxed getaway with a sunny atmosphere.

It's a walk up to a special view of Wellington

Nestled against the bush just above our home, our studio offers an amazing view of Wellington Harbour. Reaching it requires a brief uphill walk, but for those who enjoy the outdoors and don’t shy away from a little exercise, the reward is well worth it. The breathtaking views and cosy accommodation make the effort part of the experience. That said, if you prefer level access or are travelling with particularly heavy luggage, our studio may not be the best fit.

Raumati studio unit

Less than 500 metres to the beach and Raumati village, the studio unit fits 2 people comfortably but can sleep up to 3. A five minute stroll to several cafes and eatery's. Fully self contained with small bathroom and kitchenette. Approximately 40 minutes to Wellington city. You will be welcomed by our friendly and enthusiastic dog who lives in the contained back yard of our place.
