閑静な住宅地の素敵なお部屋で価格も手頃でした！cityからバスで20分ほどのおしゃれな住宅地にあり、ローカルなお家でのんびりまったりしたい方におすすめです。ハウスオーナーのJuditさん夫妻は、親しみやすく素敵な方達でした！Juditさんの旦那さんは昔、日本に行ったことがあるとおっしゃってました:) お部屋のインテリアデザインも素敵で、まったりくつろぐことができました！ また、ウェリントンに滞在するときは、必ず利用させていただきます！

Nice place and hosts. You can have as much or as liitle interaction that you want with the family. Plenty of interesting stories. I will see you next time I am in Wellington.

A lovely place to stay. Very comfortable, clean, and the view is just magic. The continental breakfast was very generous and the home made biscuits amazing. The hosts were very accommodating and allowing us early entry to put food into the fridge was greatly appreciated. Thank you.

A great, secluded, but conveniently accessible spot. Parking was simple on a quiet street. Close to Barden Gate for diving and cycling missions and just a short walk to the wharf to catch the ferry to Wellington CBD. Perfect for what we wanted, will definitely look for this place again when we visit next.

Extremely handy location - close to Levin but in a great remote setting. The house provided everything I needed and more for a quick overnight stay (small breakfast and plenty of streaming options on the tv). The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Lovely to relax at Rosalie’s house after a big bike ride over the Remutaka rail trail. Hot tub was great and Rosalie was very responsive and helpful. We didn’t expect the dog….but he was OK

Die Unterkunft, der Strand, der Ort … ist auf jeden Fall einen Stopp wert. Uns hat sehr das Luftige, Offene der Wohnung gefallen und natürlich der tolle Meeresblick. Man bekommt sofort ein Gefühl für das entspannte Leben am Strand. Der Strand selbst lädt sehr zum Spaziergang ein. Wer „mehr“ Aktion will, fährt nach Otaki. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für ein Paar und wer nicht immer essen gehen will, kann sich prima selbst versorgen. Wir würden gern wiederkommen (wäre die Anreise nicht so lang, auch schon bald).

Our stay at Anindita's property was fabulous. Anindita and her partner Neil were wonderful hosts. The property was clean, fully equipped and we had the most restful sleeps. The location was wonderful with public transport into the CBD of Wellington literally outside the front door. There were takeaways, supermarkets and other stores within walking distance. We had our gorgeous (well behaved dog with us) and he had a wonderful time. There was a fabulous doggy park literally a four minute walk from the property - perfect.

We loved our stay here!! It was everything that we were after for a relaxing getaway close to the city. The place was spotless, instructions were clear, and we could not fault it.

Awesome place to stay for our one night stop over in Wellington! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and the place was very comfortable and cozy.

It was nice to have Janet & Ian meet us on arrival. The unit is a cosy self contained and private section in the downstairs area of their home. Very comfortable bed. Having off-street parking is a bonus.

Had a great stay with Ellie, it was just as described. Had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The bed was super comfortable as well! Would recommend.

Everything was so easy, instructions were clear, 5 star standard of cleanliness, bed was super comfortable and the little kitchenette was sufficient for our needs. For perfect for what we were looking for

Nice stay, very peaceful and very private which was exactly what I was after. Lovely views and good public transport access. A bit tricky to figure out some of the appliances and the rangehood/bathroom fan noises were a sensory nightmare, but that's not unusual. Otherwise straightforward and great communication.

Great wee studio in a great location. Bus stop right outside the gate made getting into town a piece of cake. Grant & Delphina loaned me a bus card, which made it even easier. Would definitely stay here again!
