Lovely place. Lots of space. Very comfortable bed. We were attending a wedding nearby so the location suited us very well.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Renee’s place! Super accessible (especially to my favourite yoga studio on Cuba street!) The place was also extremely tidy and clean, Renee as a host was also very accommodating and easy to reach. The place had everything I needed for a longer-term stay. Quiet spot despite the centrality of the location! Thanks a lot Renee, will certainly be back!

We had a comfortable stay at Rhys' apartment, it was close to the city center, very clean.

Lovely little place for a stay. Everything was as stated. Good workout on the steps downtown. Would recommend for anyone.

I highly recommend Sally's place, the Griffin Inn, to anyone wishing to stay in tranquil surroundings in the Porirua area. It's on the north side of beautiful Tītahi Bay, with an amazing clifftop walk just up the hill for you and / or your dogs. It's a short walk to the beach itself. Sally place is a separate small house set beside the family home, and despite the name is not an inn as such but rather a dedication to her mum and the family name. It is immaculate, cozy, well presented, tucked away in a sheltered little oasis and has a nice covered outside area for relaxing. Sally is a wonderful, friendly and open-hearted host and she made us feel very welcome indeed (myself and my dogs). If Sally is not onsite her daughter Kim will look after you to the same standard, and her son Dave might even look after your dogs if you need (he runs a doggy daycare business). Highly recommended for singles, couples, small families and people with pooches. Would stay again for sure.

We had a great stay at Jason’s place. It had just what we needed for a short trip to Wellington. The central location made it easy to get around and was close to shops, cafes, buses and the supermarket. Thanks!

We had a wonderful couple of days - we didn't know Wellington at all and were worried that the noise may be bad from the airport but it was very quiet and only a couple of times noticed planes coming and going. It was great having off-street parking and we we super comfortable in our rooms and very cosy. Had a lovely walk down at the end of the street. All in all a great place to be. Thank you, what a lovely and special family home, it made for a magical and relaxing xmas break. Beautiful deco home with bohemian vibes. A spacious garden area to play led to an ethereal private pathway to the beach which was dotted with wild flowers. Original deco elements retained in the bathrooms. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds with views. Would not hesitate to recommend. Many thanks.

This was a return visit to this simple peaceful place. We love the views and the whole experience, with everything we need for a cosy relaxing stay. This time we explored the area a little and found some lovely walks and cafes. We will be back soon. James and Emma made us feel very welcome with honey from their bees and lovely cumfy beds and linen. And very special to be able to bring our sweet dog too. Many thanks ☺️
