This property has air conditioning, however summer nights are mild and wonderful in Park City. A steamy hot tub on the lower level is great for après ski unwinding! With a well-stocked kitchen, professionally laundered fresh linens and bedding throughout, this property serves as an ideal getaway for skiers and snowboarders, summer mountain bikers and hikers, and festival goers alike. The garage is not available to guests and there guest parking in the neighborhood. Following your booking you will receive a Vacation Rental Agreement and other documentation that requires your electronic signature. My home is a remodeled townhouse in Old Town Park City [centrally located, on Park Ave]. 5 min walk to the bottom of Main street, grocery store, base of Park City Mountain Resort. If you don't feel like walking the bus stop is right outside of the front door! There are three window ac units to keep things cool and comfortable in the summer. There is parking for one vehicle. It is quite easy to get around town with the bus and on foot and to/from the airport with Uber!
