We came in town for a baseball tournament at Rocker B Ranch and thankful we chose Maureen's place. Finding the location and check-in was extremely easy. The home was comfy and provided a welcoming environment after long days at the ball field. I highly recommend Maureen and this property for your next stay. Host was always prompt with responses. The home had everything we needed for a family of six and two dogs. The host also worked with us for a late checkout to accomodate our last day baseball tournament. Last year when we came out we chose The Rock House Ranch in Mineral Wells hosted by Ellora. Night and day difference. This was a much more pleasant stay. I can't Thank you enough for the amazing stay, Maureen!

We loved our time here. The fishing in the river was great, the house was looked exactly as it is pictured and is so peaceful and relaxing. The house has a great setup for entertaining also! Lorinda is a wonderful host. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend staying here!!

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. It was private and off of the road which worked for us since we had a U-Haul full of wedding supplies and decor. The home was clean and had a great set up .Such a peaceful and charming home!

LOVED this space! I’ve stayed at a handful of air bnbs and this one was by far my favorite. Easy access to the space, secluded, and equip with everything you need! Everything was comfortable and there was even a secluded fenced off space to let the dog out, which was a bonus for us. Would gladly stay here again

We didn’t get to stay as long as we intended but for the time that we did stay it was suitable and valuable for what it was. The pictures are a great assessment of the area. If you’re a city or suburban person, this may not be your cup of tea but if you’re looking to be, feel and enjoy outdoors … this place is PERFECT!

amazing host, with an amazing property. it kinda isolated but a 5 minute drive and your in Azel. or about a 15 minute drive through a curvey back road with amazing scenery and you'll find yourself in Fort Worth. my family had an amazing time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oscar’s place the tiny home experience was great it may be small but it felt so roomy Very clean and well equipped our fur babies loved it as well It was very cold outside and the cabin stayed warm and cozy. very unique guest house that is beautifully decorated and all modern amenities. I love the mix of old and new -- it was so comfy! Reading the news articles of the dairy and other framed memorabilia -- it was like a time capsule and very interesting. This place has great history and was great to see it preserved so well. Highly recommend!

Gold nest was perfect for our families needs. We needed a place which was comfortable and would accommodate our family dog. Gold nest was responsive when asked a question and accommodating when we needed to extend our stay. Thank you for helping our family while relocating from out of state to Texas.

--> Super Chill, Pet-Friendly Stay with Bonus Peace of Mind <- I had such an awesome time staying here! Right from the start, the place felt super welcoming and relaxed. The property is so chill and has so much to do—there’s a pool, hammocks hanging between the trees, and swings to kick back on. Not to mention a barn where you can do your laundry. What really stood out for me was how pet-friendly everything is. I brought both my dogs along and it was honestly one of the easiest trips we’ve ever taken with them. It’s such an accommodating spot if you’re traveling with pets. Another thing that was a big plus: there’s a garage on the property where Oscar runs a clean, quiet mechanic shop. He’s an A.S.E. Master Technician, so if anything went wrong with my car (which thankfully it didn’t), I knew I'd be in good hands. That kind of peace of mind on a trip is priceless.

Such a cool spot for our eclipse visit. We used their kayaks at Camp Joy during the sunset which was perfect end to the trip. Highly recommend and would go again for sure.

Wonderfully friendly hosts who have an inviting, relaxing space perfect for those who want to bring groceries, hole up and just spend time together. We were thrilled to find a cribbage board and cards in what we termed the "magic drawer" because it had so many useful, helpful items! The road there is a little rough, but even in our small car it was navigable... and worth it for us. You're only about half an hour from all the major stores / city things you'd need or want as well, so you can head into town for a meal or activity if that's your thing.

Such a wonderful, comfortable home! Communication was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, accessible to many areas, lovely fenced yard for our fur babies. It worked perfectly for our house hunting trip for my parents, husband, and I. Plenty of room to move in and outside of the home. We will definitely be booking again if we find ourselves in this area in the future. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay at this house in Weatherford! It was nice, spacious, and perfect for our group of four. The location was ideal—right across the highway from the golf course—which made it super convenient. We needed a good place to stay after a wedding in town, and this home was absolutely perfect. The host was also very nice and understanding when we requested a later checkout. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

We stayed for a total of 6 months while our house was being built after relocation. It was comfortable and spacious and exactly what we needed to house our family and pets.

great little place for a couple, beautiful area, private, quiet, lots to look at, place was clean and had everything we needed for a nice weekend, and Amanda was a wonderful and communicative host. I highly recommend this place to anybody.
