This 2 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow features a living room, kitchen, and an amazing deck with views for miles, perfect for that morning breakfast or evening wine sip. Over 25 wineries and distilleries within 15 minutes and endless local attractions nearby. Close to Highway 46 East for easy access. The master BDR has views and the 2nd BDR features a trundle bed.

This remodeled barn offers complete privacy yet is only eight minutes from downtown Paso Robles. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath outfitted with fine linens, and all the essentials. On the large deck one can sip on a glass of wine watching the sunset or sip on a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise.

You also can take a short hike or drive to the top of the property and enjoy an ocean view all to yourself!

Secluded Ranch Tiny Home

Nestled in the hills of San Miguel and surrounded by oak trees, this tiny home is located on the Hogeland Family Ranch. It is tucked away in its own private corner of the 300+ acre ranch. This 400 sq ft, open floor plan tiny house is completely off-grid. It uses solar electricity and propane for heat. It is dog friendly (please no cats), and horse boarding is available. Hiking and trail rides are also available. If you like wine tasting, we are located very near the local wine trails.

This place is magical. Seven private acres with 360 degree views are surrounded by vineyards which can be seen through most windows. On property, depending on the season, you will find apples, pears, peaches, cherries, figs, loquats, persimmons, pomegranates, pecans, chestnuts, and several grape varieties. The outdoor space includes a wrap-around covered patio, outdoor dining, multiple sitting areas, fire pits, swings, games, and outdoor cooking. It is truly one of a kind.
