Bellissimo appartamento, comodo e spazioso. Peccato non aver avuto tempo di sfruttare la terrazza e il giardino! Impagabile il posto macchina all'interno del cortile. I vicini sono un po' rumorosi, o forse le pareti sottili, ma a parte qualche strano rumore la sera, non ci hanno disturbato. Non c'è il wi-fi, mio figlio l'avrebbe apprezzato, ma è indicato chiaramente nella descrizione che non è disponibile, quindi assolutamente nessun problema!

We loved our stay in this amazing place. It is situated in a non-touristy neighbourhood, with the magnificent Ducal Park literally just around the corner. Perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Just a couple of minutes on foot to reach the bridge over the river and the historical center. The house is on 4 levels, with many original details, two bathrooms (very convenient, as we travelled with three adults), great atmosphere with lots of books, and as the cherry on the cake a garden. The rather stark fotographs are taken in the winter, but in april it is a lovely, lush place, where we had lunch in the sunshine. We slept very well and were only woken by the many birds that reside in the park. Adriano received us in person, which we appreciated very much, and shared with us some of his profound knowledge of the history and art of Parma. During our stay he stayed available for questions and always reacted quickly. We felt very welcom in this authentic house.

Siamo stati (2 coppie di adulti) dal 24 al 27 aprile ospiti di Anna Maria. Casa molto bella, come da descrizione, nella campagna vicino Felino. È situata su una collinetta contornata da verde. È vicino a Felino ma è sempre necessario prendere l'auto per muoversi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono vari supermercati ed ottimi ristoranti (consiglio la Culatelleria a Sanguinaro) Ottima come punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni (abbiamo visto Parma, Fontanellato, Sala Baganza, Castello di Torrechiara). È stato un bel soggiorno. Host disponibile e gentile.

Wir kommen wieder! Das Haus ist wirklich eine fantastische Unterkunft! Es war in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Der Pool war definitiv das Highlight und perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders beeindruckend war der traumhafte Ausblick. Außerdem haben wir tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

L'appartamento è molto ampio, luminoso, comodo ed estremamente ben organizzato. Ci sono lavatrice e lavastoviglie utilissime in caso di soggiorni un po' più lunghi. Abbiamo soggiornato a Gennaio e abbiamo apprezzato il riscaldamento autonomo e la casa molto calda e confortevole. L'appartamento è per due persone, e c'è molto spazio a disposizione. L'ingresso e il balconcino sono molto simpatici. Inoltre, trovandosi in una corte interna, l'appartamento è molto silenzioso e riparato. Vicino, davvero a pochi passi, c'è la Bigoleria al Torchio, molto buona. Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione, è anche molto vicino al centro storico di Mantova, bastano davvero pochi minuti a piedi per essere a Sant'Andrea, 10-15 per il palazzo ducale. La signora Pierangela è stata preziosa, prodiga di consigli e sempre presente per dubbi o domande.

Un tuffo nel passato nella dimora di Marco, casa deliziosa ben arredata con gusto retrò, ampio giardino e posizione super! Marco molto disponibile e sempre attento a rispettare le richieste! Ve lo consiglio

La maison est parfaite et l’environnement de Cascina est paisible et magnifique. Nous avons adoré découvrir cet endroit, Loredana et sa famille qui sont des hôtes attentifs et accueillants. À proximité, une excellente pizzeria (AsterX).

A very large, clean, and comfortable home. Monia was very accommodating and very communicative. The house is large and we felt right at home immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

Wir (3 Erw., 3 Jungs) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Amanda ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und hilft stets. An der Wohnung gibt es nichts auszusetzen, das Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach hat halt eine niedrige Decke, unsere Jungs fanden es toll, hätten aber gern ein besseres Internet/Wlan, ist etwas schwach in den Bergen. Macht aber eigentlich nichts… Die Küchenausstattung ist okay, das, was uns gefehlt hat, hat Amanda sofort besorgt. Topp! Außerdem gibt es frische Eier auf Wunsch, super Service. Die beiden Pools sind sehr gepflegt, das Wasser top, der Tennisplatz prima. Es war bei uns allerdings sehr heiß, das spürt man auch in der Wohnung. Ist halt August. Die Region ist sehr schön mit vielen Burgen und kleinen Dörfern, und nicht überlaufen, leider fehlen Wanderwege. Strände im August leider knallvoll. Fazit: Tolle Anlage, Gäste verteilen sich gut auf dem großen Areal, wir haben uns gut erholt und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt bei Amanda: Absolut zu empfehlen . Zählt zu unseren Favoriten.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Dix jours exceptionnels par le lieu romantique et apaisant. Environnement favorisant les balades. Maria Teresa nous a accueilli avec chaleur, une disponibilité sans faille. Elle aime sa région et sait le partager. C'est une magnifique rencontre et envisageons déjà d'y retourner. Les gâteaux du petit déjeuner vont aussi nous manquer 🥰

Hem passat uns dies genials a casa de l’Elena. És una casa magnífica, preciosa i que et transmet molta tranquil.litat. Tot l’exterior està molt cuidat i amb unes vistes a les muntanyes increibles. La casa es àmplia, rústica i acollidora. Ens encanta la Toscana i ens encanta la casa de l’Elena! Gràcies per tot!

Rustico ristrutturato e curato con splendida piscina esattamente di fronte. Bellissima vista sulla campagna circostante. Possibilità di fare una buona colazione nella struttura.

From the opening of the gates & the warm welcome from Suran we knew this place was going to be special. As you open each door every room has a wow factor, but then you go onto the terrace and have a 360 degree view which can only be described as meravigilioso. It really is peaceful and beautiful. We was a family of 8 & the villa catered for our every need & more. The interior is tastefully decorated yet feels like home. The swimming pool was an added bonus and set in beautiful grounds. Federico was always communicative and available. His recommendations of wineries and restaurants were well received. It may be difficult to leave the villa but the local area is great to explore either by car bike or walking. There is only one negative.......you will have to prepare your heart to leave! Alloggio perfetto! Pulito, comodo e in una posizione fantastica, sopratutto per raggiungere il circuito di Cremona. I proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili, fornendoci chiare indicazioni per raggiungere l alloggio. Torneremmo volentieri!

È la seconda volta che soggiorno da Ivano di conseguenza non ho molto da aggiungere a parte che tornerò sicuramente anche una terza volta, se cercate qualche giorno di relax questo è il posto perfetto.

Soggiorno fantastico, ci siamo trovati a nostro agio in questa casa. Pur essendo costituito da una stanza e bagno, l'alloggio è dotato di tutti i servizi ed è molto pulito. La posizione è ideale per raggiungere diversi luoghi di interesse culturale o naturalistico ed è vicino a supermercati e ristoranti. La vista è splendida e l'ambiente rilassante. I proprietari gentili e disponibili. Sicuramente consigliato

Das Haus war groß und liebevoll gemütlich eingerichtet mit tollem riesigen Garten. Für uns war es ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Italien in dieser Gegend zu erkunden. Gianna und John waren sehr aufmerksame und super warmherzige Gastgeber, die uns auch mal mit einer Flasche Wein überraschten . Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

This is, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb stays in Italy, hosted by the best host. I have stayed in many Airbnb homes over the past 10 years, and while I have been satisfied with most of them, Francesca and her home truly deserve the highest praise. The apartment exceeded all my expectations, meeting every need with top-quality equipment and furnishings. The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, closets - everything was simply perfect. Beyond that, the location is fantastic. If you were moving to Parma permanently, this is probably the first neighborhood you would consider. You are just a few minutes' walk from everything -supermarkets, the city center, restaurants...- yet the apartment remains incredibly quiet, with no noise or chaos whatsoever. Francesca, with her kindness and attentive attitude, is not only a fantastic host but also a truly wonderful person. I will be staying in Parma for a while longer, and I will always recommend Francesca’s home to any friends visiting me in Parma.

Wat een feest om in jullie huis terecht te komen! Super mooie, gezellige en schone lokatie met alle gemakken. Prachtig gebied waar je midden in zit. Mooie wandelingen en uitjes naar de rivier en Romaanse brug. Veel geluk met jullie mooie project en hopelijk tot ziens in Amsterdam

host molto gentile e disponibile. letto e cuscini comodi, casa nuova e molto curata nei dettagli. posizione ottima e strategica.. si lascia la macchina nei parcheggi vicini e ci si sposta ovunque comodamente a piedi e centro storico a 400mt molto bello. colazione con prodotti artigianali e ricca, ti fa sentire a casa..l'host infine ci ha anche consigliato un ottimo ristorante. vengo spesso a carpi e adiacente al centro è il migliore che abbia trovato per rapporto qualità e prezzo. super consigliato.

Friendly hosts that know exactly how to make you feel welcome without being intrusive; and even though our flight was delayed by 5 hours we were received at the door and shown into the apartment by our hosts. We knew they were on hand and proactively made sure we had the best service with whatever we needed, and some lovely extras that made us love being there even more and feel at home. We loved that we were invited to a local festival. Like a 5 star hotel with a family feel. Thank you!!
