unforgettable 5 days in Parma... The apartment is perfectly clean and decorated with exquisite taste, you immediately feel at home. There is everything you need. The location could not be better, everything is within 10 minutes walking distance. Giovanni is a very hospitable and helpful host, and gave excellent advices. Thank you Giovanni !

Tive uma excelente hospedagem! O contato com o anfitrião foi rápido, ágil e fácil. O apartamento é como nas fotos, muito bonito, decorações, amplo. Estava super organizado, limpo, cheiroso. Os utensílios de cozinha são todos novos. Roupas de camas e toalhas impecáveis. A localização é ótima, prédio tranquilo e silencioso. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes. Muito obrigado! Un ringraziamento al nostro Host, che ci ha consentito di trascorrere una settimana in un appartamento dotato di tutti i confort necessari, come a casa. Posizione tranquilla e comoda per gli spostamenti, nelle vicinanze si trovano anche dei supermercati ed una pratica lavanderia a gettoni. Ci ha accolto all'arrivo fornendoci tutte le informazioni necessarie per vivere la casa e i dintorni. Grazie, è stato un piacere.

Casa immersa nel verde, ampia spaziosa e pulitissima oltre ad essere un vero gioiello immerso nelle colline reggiane. Enrico è stato un host fantastico, sempre disponibile e gentilissimo. La casa è in una zona molto tranquilla nel verde, molto spaziosa e corrisponde perfettamente alle foto e alla descrizione, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e soggiorno indimenticabile! Appena ne avremmo la possibilità ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour .La maison de Tim est très bien placée pour découvrir cette région. La maison est spacieuse, très agréable avec son vaste séjour très clair et ce logement est très propre. Le jardin est magnifique , bien entretenu et offre une vue féerique sur l environnement. Tim et sa mère sont discret. Tim est toujours disponible, souriant, vraiment au petit soin pour ses locataires. et de bons conseils Nous retenons cette adresse. Merci beaucoup à Tim .

Bellissimo appartamento, comodo e spazioso. Peccato non aver avuto tempo di sfruttare la terrazza e il giardino! Impagabile il posto macchina all'interno del cortile. I vicini sono un po' rumorosi, o forse le pareti sottili, ma a parte qualche strano rumore la sera, non ci hanno disturbato. Non c'è il wi-fi, mio figlio l'avrebbe apprezzato, ma è indicato chiaramente nella descrizione che non è disponibile, quindi assolutamente nessun problema!

Gabriele è stato un host disponibilissimo dall’inizio con la richiesta di anticipare il check-in, ci è venuto incontro nell’orario che avevamo richiesto. Casa bellissima e tranquilla! il gatto è stato un ottimo compagno e ogni stanza era impeccabile. Alcuni insetti morti ma normale essendo in campagna. ci siamo divertiti un mondo, talmente tanto da rompere un lampione, ma Miriam è stata molto gentile e non ha chiesto soldi per la riparazione.

Maria Teresa è stata una padrona di casa perfetta. Non solo ci ha fatto sentire a casa nella sua splendida corte, fornendoci tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno e molto di più, ma ci ha raccontato anche la storia della sua splendida famiglia che in quella casa ha vissuto tanti momenti importanti per la storia italiana durante la seconda guerra mondiale. Ci ha coccolato con le sue squisite torte e fatto viaggiare con la memoria nel suo territorio e anche oltre oceano, con racconti che ci porteremo nel cuore con tanto affetto. Speriamo di incontrarla di nuovo, perché le persone come lei sono un vero tesoro!

We loved our stay in this amazing place. It is situated in a non-touristy neighbourhood, with the magnificent Ducal Park literally just around the corner. Perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Just a couple of minutes on foot to reach the bridge over the river and the historical center. The house is on 4 levels, with many original details, two bathrooms (very convenient, as we travelled with three adults), great atmosphere with lots of books, and as the cherry on the cake a garden. The rather stark fotographs are taken in the winter, but in april it is a lovely, lush place, where we had lunch in the sunshine. We slept very well and were only woken by the many birds that reside in the park. Adriano received us in person, which we appreciated very much, and shared with us some of his profound knowledge of the history and art of Parma. During our stay he stayed available for questions and always reacted quickly. We felt very welcom in this authentic house.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft in altem italienischen rustikalen Still. Gibt es alles was man braucht, 1 Stunde mit Auto nach Bologna und Modena, 1,5 bis Ravenna und Burg Canossa. In der Nähe die Käserei mit leckerem Parmesan. Kamin war grossartig, wir haben tolle Abende mit dem Feuer und Filme von Fellini genossen. Im Gasten planen die Gastgeber eine Rekonstruktion , damit er auch den Touristen viel Freunde bereiten kann.

What truly made our experience unforgettable was Alessandrea’s incredible hospitality. She and her husband are the sweetest people, welcoming us with so much warmth and kindness. They picked us up for the train station. A special mention to the thoughtful breakfast items she left for us—they added such a comforting touch to our mornings! We will always have a fondness for them in our hearts and can’t wait for our paths to cross again. A delightful place in which to spend a few days. Elevated, the views of surrounding rooftops and nearby churches from the windows and the balcony made for relaxing and wonderful evenings watching distant lightening storms and nearby swallows careening around. Fifth floor has its benefits. The apartment was simply furnished but had essentials for the traveller.

Appartamento perfettamente in linea alla descrizione, curato e con tutti i comfort che puoi trovare in una casa. Fabrizio molto gentile e la comunicazione con lui è stata molto facile. Nel quartiere c'è tanto parcheggio, ma si riempie subito. Consiglio vivamente!

Grande idea dell'appartamento a tema. Molto divertente trovare Mirtilla Malcontenta in bagno. E stato facile trovare il posto e le chiavi. La prontezza a rispondere alle nostre domande è stato molto gradito! Consigliato!

Appartamento molto pulito, ben arredato con mobili recenti. Due bagni uno ceco e uno finestrato con lavatrice e phon. Cucina a induzione con lavastoviglie. Ampio soggiorno. con televisore smart tv. Due camere da letto complete di ampi armadi e dei televisori. Facile il sistema di ingresso con smartphone. Zona tranquilla in strada senza uscita. Facilità di parcheggio. Vicinanze di due centri commerciali tra cui uno coop raggiungibili a piedi.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, posto tranquillo e pulito. Come stare a casa. Ci torneremo di sicuro!
