Overall this home is exactly as described. Very large with plenty of space for all 10 of us. The two palm trees in the front yard on either side of the driveway have been taken out which isn’t a huge deal except I was hoping to hang a banner between them which didn’t happen. The yard plants need some trimming and the front deck has a damaged board or two, but the inside of the house was very nicely done. All of the furniture was in great shape and very sturdy, durable, and comfortable! The pool was nice but a bit too chilly for us to enjoy when we were there. The screen on the pool enclosure needs to be replaced due to storm damage but we were informed of that prior to our visit and it didn’t make a difference in the pool area or our enjoyment of it. Having two staircases to the upstairs bedrooms was very nice and convenient. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and it was very convenient to Kroger and Starbuck’s. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home.

Great place for our group to stay during a local golf tournament. Bedroom layout was great for several couples and had a nice central living area. House has everything we needed for the weekend and more. Would stay here again.

We had a great week in this beautiful home. Fantastic location and lots to do. We had some problems with cleanliness when we first arrived but the host was very responsive and it was quickly resolved. Note there is nothing in the house in terms of food - not even salt and pepper, oil, sugar etc so plan accordingly.

Absolutely beautiful home in a quiet area of the island. Lots of space to spread out. One of the only a handful of homes on the island with a private pool that I could find. The host is fantastic! She was extremely responsive and informative. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family of 5 stayed at Rick’s place for a week for spring break and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was easy walking to the beach, very fun to play in the heated pool, biking to Coligny for food, playground. We did a cookout one night in the cabana by the pool. The kids loved the bunk bed. The easy indoor/outdoor living was a delight. The TVs and remotes worked great. I enjoyed going on runs in the morning on the beach or on the biking/walking trail across the street from the house. The house had everything we could want like a stool for our 3 year old to use the bathroom sink to plenty of pool toys, beach toys, chairs, beach wagon, etc. The house also came with a pass to Sea Pines which was an unexpected treat!

It is rare that the description and pics exceed the expectation. But this time it totally did! We found Mark’s place to be extremely comfortable and not lacking for much of anything. The location was perfect for day outings to the beach or a round of golf. Mark is a fantastic host! We had some minor issues due to a tropical storm and minor maintenance issues. Mark took the time to make a lengthy drive to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return on our next trip to HH!

LuKa’s home was perfect. We loved the location, it was perfectly located between Tybee and Savannah giving us multiple options to go eat, explore, and be touristy. This house was perfect for our family with kids ranging from 7-14. They each had something fun to do that kept them busy and entertained, and of course the pool was a bonus! Even without the pool being heated, it had zero affect on how fun we all had. The home was cleaned and well stocked of everything we needed. We honestly cannot wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay with our family and friends. It’s a really well appointed house, super clean, spacious bedrooms and a great garage that makes coming in from the beach easy. And the kids loved the warm pool. The local beach was beautiful and we had a great time biking all the paths.

We have been coming to HH for years and this is our new favorite place. Marina has thought of literally everything for her house. She has more towels, pillows, linens, and kitchen supplies than any other place we've stayed. And don't worry about packing up anything for the beach, she has all the beach gear and awesome wagon for easy transport as well. The house was spotless and our dogs loved the fenced in backyard area. I appreciated that the coffee maker was both a dual carafe and single K-cup style machine. It's an easy walk to the beach and there is plenty of entertainment to be had in the house as well. Again, I cannot stress enough how well stocked the place is. We are used to always having to bring extra towels and cooking supplies with us, but it's not the case for this lovely home. We plan on returning here for many years to come, thank you Marina again for sharing your perfect home with us!!

We had a wonderful stay as a group of six celebrating my sister’s bachelorette weekend - split between downtown Savannah and Tybee. As posted, it’s about a 15/20 min ride to either location. Super convenient! - The back deck was perfect for a relaxing morning with coffee or evening beverage while listening to the wind chimes and taking in the beautiful scenery at the lake. - The three main bedrooms were great and spacious; however, the middle room with the pull out trundle bed was a bit tight. The middle room was also warm compared to the others (likely just due to the amount of sunlight in the room - perhaps a change in curtains would be beneficial). * Overall… we had a wonderful long weekend and would absolutely stay again!!! Great communication and ease of check in and out. Thank you so much to the hosts for such a great time with friends/family!!

For starters Alexandra’s place was absolutely beautiful, she was great with communication the bikes had a flat tire and she made sure to handle it right away, she was very sweet and over all for my first ever airbnb this was the perfect place ! And perfect host

Greg’s house was as advertised. Plenty of space, great outdoor hangout area, and he certainly doesn’t skimp on the amenities. For the pet owners, we can confirm that it is a very pet friendly residence. All of this in addition to being a 3 minute walk to/from the beach, in a very upscale neighborhood (with friendly neighbors/guests) and within 10-15 minutes of all of the great HHI bars/restaurants/shops/golf courses/etc. Greg was very communicative in the days/weeks leading up to and during our vacation, and provided very detailed instructions (including video) for all things in and around the house. Would definitely return, thanks again to Greg for being a terrific host.

The home was beautiful and in a beautiful location. The kids loved the pool. There was plenty of room for all 13 of us. The kids loved the bunk beds. The wagon was very convenient for the easy walk to the beach. We were not able to use the grill but there were plenty of pots and pans to cook in the kitchen.

We loved the home it was lovely. In my opinion the distance to the beach was an inconvenience. It’s a good walk for families with little kids or older retired adults. The golf cart was not accessible on one of the days and we didn’t get any communication about the situation until we were already at the beach. Driving was an option but even then the distance was long for my parents who are 80+. We still made memories and had a good time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds 3-4 years of age. The hostess was wonderful. She was willing to help if needed.

We had a fantastic visit to this AirBnB. It was really clean and comfortable as well as accommodating for all 6 of us. We will definitely be back!

This Villa in Palmetto dunes is spectacular! We are a family of four and felt right at home! The kids loved having their bedrooms upstairs and we all slept great in the comfortable beds! I appreciated the living room with the large couch where we could gather together as a family to watch movies/shows in the evening. The beach is about a 15 minute walk, but you can drive or take the dunes buggy. We enjoyed the walk for exercise. The dunes house on the beach is great for cocktails, smoothies or lunch on the beach. The general store is so fun to visit for souvenirs, candy, or a grocery item you may have forgotten. Veronica was a great host and quickly responded if I had any questions! This villa is perfect for your vacation!

We absolutely loved the house , it was beautiful,inviting , felt like I was home . We will definitely book again next time we plan a trip. It was a wonderful trip and everyone thoroughly enjoyed everything the house , shopping , restaurants, the beach . I would highly recommend staying in Bluffton . Until next time 😉😉😉

We enjoyed our stay at Christine’s place. It was on a quite street with an open lot next door so very private. Dog friendly, very comfortable and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. The sitting area on the side of house had a nice breeze so great for enjoying the outdoors. The island has a great bike route. We had planned on going to Savannah but decided to stay on this laid back island and enjoy the restaurants, bars and shopping.

Fantastic clean as a whistle very, very well appointed. Lots of plates, glassware, etc.. would definitely stay there again. The hosts were responsive and friendly. Great experience.

Our stay was great — the place was very nice and comfortable. It was very private and quiet while also being a quick walk or bike ride from the beach. Felt like we were at home! Greatly appreciated the attentive communication and quick fix when we reported a small issue.

What can I say. The pictures do this home no justice. Im from California and when I walked through the doors i felt a sense of peace and being at home. Old Beverly Hills, North Hollywood, Los Feliz feel. This isnt your cookie cutter airbnb. You wont find warehouse furnishings, but rather one of a kind quality, high end everything. The saltwater pool was refreshing and the cabana is beautiful. My favorite place was the upstairs second sunken living room. I'd definitely come back. 10 out of 10.

This place was wonderful! The house was perfect and it was only a short walk to the beach. Sitting out on the porch in the rocking chairs was our favorite. Such a beautiful and peaceful location. Tony was great! So hands on and very responsive. One of the best hosts we’ve ever had. We were sad to leave as we had the best time staying on Tybee Island. But we will definitely be back and we would definitely stay here again!

The stay was perfect - amazing view across the lagoon and golf course! The house is well stocked and offers a variety of sitting areas. I would definitely recommend.
