Staying at Luam's place was great! The house looks exactly as it is listed. We wish the pool would have been available for use :( but all other amenities and accommodations were exceptional! The house came with a fully stocked kitchen perfect for cooking a great meal. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of my guests. There could be more mirrors in the house as the only mirrors were in the bathrooms and 1 large mirror in the living room and the beds were slightly hard but that did not take away from how amazing the house was. It was 20 minutes from DC in a quiet area. The perfect home away from home. Thanks, Luam for being so responsive and providing easy check-in instructions. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

We had a great weekend! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth from start to finish. The house itself was well-stocked, clean, and thoughtfully organized—perfect for relaxing with a small family group. We especially enjoyed winding down in the cozy living room and falling asleep to a movie after a fun day out. Would absolutely stay here again!

The place was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of room for 10 people and Ruben and Jenny were great hosts! I would stay again!!!

My family and I celebrated Christmas here so we could all be together… The location was perfect on the water and very close to where my parents live. The living room and dining room were actually bigger than the pictures showed. There were eight of us and a dog plenty of room.

Absolutely stunning property! This home is immaculate and beautifully designed and decorated. Carol has thought of everything and has a created a beautiful home away from home for her guests. The heated pool was an excellent bonus! Located on a quiet street within walking distance to all the yummy restaurants. I will definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to others. Would recommend for a group of 3-4 people! Beautiful location, and central to downtown but still far away enough that you can enjoy some quiet time and privacy. Excellent restaurants and so much to do/see. Would stay here again. It has everything you need for the night while you’re out and about during the day.

We had a great stay in Annapolis and the place was very instrumental in making sure it was that way. The place is well located, clean and consistent with the description in every way.

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.
