Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

We are located just 1.5 miles from the Kemah Boardwalk, minutes from NASA/Space Center, & halfway between Galveston and Downtown Houston. You’ll love our place because of the quaint island setting, great for sunrise and sunsets. Come watch the boats passing and relax on island time, all while being respectful of our neighbors. The room A ( 12x14 ) includes its own bed, private bathroom, fridge, microwave, It has a private entrance and a private parking spot. This nook is located at the back of my home. It doesn’t connect to tmain house. “The bed takes up a significant portion of the room, so the space between the walkways is reduced. Please note that the area is limited, and we recommend caution when moving around
