We had a fantastic stay. Excellent communication and easy check in instructions. We loved the screened in porch and the mini refrigerator/freezer was very useful! Can't wait to come back!

Stayed at Attila’s place for my daughter’s spring tennis camp. Condo was clean and as shown in the photos. Kitchen had all the utensils and silverware to cook a proper meal. There is a Keurig machine with complimentary Keurig cups which I used everyday, thank you. There was no dishwasher detergent and Attila had it delivered same day even though he was out of the country on vacation. Also I needed an iron to iron an outfit I was going to wear that evening and Attila had it delivered same day, though mailman delivered it to the wrong unit and I didn’t get it till the next morning. Regardless, Attila made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Bathrooms were squeaky clean and have some of the best rain shower heads that I have ever used. Maybe I am from California and our shower heads are capped at a lower flow rate, but Attila’s shower heads were the highlight of my stay. Already booked a month in the summer for tennis camp just because of the shower heads.

Once again, an excellent experience! Jim really made us feel at home and ensured that we were totally up to speed on the events and access to the property. We look forward to our next opportunity to visit!

What a beautiful location. Right on the Gulf views are exceptional. Apartment was as advertised very nice clean and functional. King bed was a bonus and comfortable .Stormie was a great host and real quick to respond to our inquiries. More importantly the people who work there and the guests who stay there are friendly and very enjoyable to be around Thanks again Stormie Mike and Connie Luciantonio

I really enjoyed my stay here, Roxy was extremely accommodating and did not miss a beat with the design. The place was super clean and had a lot of cool high-tech features that made things easy and fun. It’s in a quiet golf club area, so it was peaceful and relaxing the whole time. It was a great spot for me to chill and unwind. I’d definitely come back!

Kristen's place was exactly as pictured. She was responsive in messages and made sure we had everything we needed. Her place was quiet and comfortable. The neighborhood is a bit older with some wear and tear, but Kristen's place is modern and feels like home inside. Very convenient to grocery stores and major roads.

A truly fabulous home. The description in the listing were spot on but even better in person. The view of watching boats go by in the canal, the beautiful salt water pool and outdoor kitchen with a TV, plus the large 85" TV in great room all made this is an exceptional find. We used the kayak's, bikes and fishing poles. Amazing sunrise and sunsets can be viewed from front and back of house. George supplied all paper products, coffee pods and spices which were a great surprise and very much appreciated. The house is fenced in so we didn't have to worry about our little dog running around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for opening your house to us!

My family and myself went for my sons birthday and I tell u the pictures don't do justice! What a beautiful home and views. so peaceful to be right on the water and just sit and relax. The neighbors across the canal was so friendly. My kids and husband loved the kayaks. The host Jeff was so friendly and responsive with any question I had. We will definitely stay here again!

the photos do not do justice! such a beautiful place to stay, local restaurants walking distance, we caught fish and crab right off the back and the pool illuminates beautiful into the night sky. everything was so clean, it's the perfect pair for the avid fisherman and the relaxer. There is so much seating inside and out, the bar kitchen, screen patio, outside upper deck patio, and poolside. I consider this to be the BEST airbnb we have ever stayed at and hope to come back, I would like to make this my familys new tradition!

The house was very nice, John made sure if we needed anything just call. He supplied our paper products for the 4 months we stayed there.

This is a very clean, bright home, situated at the intersection of two canals, providing long water views in three directions. Watching the shore birds and jumping fish never gets old. Very comfortable beds, and thoughtful amenities in kitchen and bathrooms. Would rent this house again in a minute!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean, cozy, and located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood—perfect for relaxing. One of the highlights was the gorgeous backyard—lush, private, and a beautiful spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Just a heads up for future guests: be aware of the no-see-um bugs that come out around dusk. We got bit up pretty bad the first night, but once we picked up some bug spray the next day, they didn’t bother us at all. Not a deal breaker by any means, just something to be prepared for! Overall, a great place to stay and we’d definitely book again.

The neighborhood was easy to find and the neighbors were kind, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. We took my dad for a respite trip after losing my mom. It was a beautiful, relaxing place. He had his own private space, and we had ours. It worked out perfectly! We hated to leave. We loved sitting on the patio mornings and evenings watching all the wildlife in and around the pond. We even saw a small gator in the pond one morning! That was exciting! The place was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed.

Using Airbnb was easy and the host answered all of my questions and resolved a check-in error by the guard at the gate quickly. The facility was very nice, a bit pricey for the area though. I will use this service again.

Great spot! Our family includes a baby and it was a great spot for the 3 of us. Beautiful surroundings. It was very nice to be surrounded by the ocean. We enjoyed the location and the actual condo itself. TJ did a great job about communicating with me and kept me updated on things. Would definitely book again!
