We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described. Clean, cozy, and in a great location. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check- in and communication smooth and easy. Everything we need was provided and we felt right at home. My family loved the stay, very spacious, WiFi fast, have an space for laundry drying which I saved more from doing laundry outside, AC works good. Emily (caretaker) is very approachable and very friendly, she’s very easy to deal with. we will come back again for sure.

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. The host and the caretaker are so hospitable and assistive to us, made clear instructions and made sure we had what we needed. Thanks again! Definitely a reco!

This was a convenient location for me to visit family nearby, so it is not a tourist destination. But it can be a staycation with such a nice pool and lobby area. It had everything I needed, even got to do a couple of loads of laundry. WiFi was good, hot water in the shower highly appreciated! My room and linens were refreshed in the middle of my 5-night stay. Simply a refreshing and cozy place, and I highly recommend it!

We arrived in Mnl from Ceb early in the morning; early like 4am type of early 😅 Check in went smoothly and they even arranged an airport transfer back and forth for us (highly appreciated) Place is super peaceful and accessible to areas. Overall stay is perfect 💯👌🏼

Host Nicky is very responsive and attentive to our needs, we encountered issues during check-in; but he was able to sort it out in a timely manner. The property itself was comfy and feels like home, complete kitchen utensils is provided. The house looks neat, and cleaned properly. The Graham Bar was delicious, we selected Mango flavor. We'll surely comeback to taste the Oreo Mango Graham Bar. We're looking forward for new flavors of your Graham Bars :">>.

We had a great stay! The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and definitely worth the price. It offers a lot of great amenities, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is very convenient—close to many restaurants and easily accessible by public transport. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Absolutely wonderful place to be at for the two weeks I was there. Would definitely go again! Mariz was very helpful and was always communicative whenever I asked a question or needed assistance. Thank you again so much for the stay!

Overall, this place is best for family or barkada outing! You no longer need to bring anything cos everything is in the condo already! We even left some of our condiments to so other users can use it as well in the future. The room is so cold, a lot of fans, netflix, the good sound from speakers, to kitchenwares, everything - perfection! +1000 for the massage chair that my friends enjoyed! Thanks to Julia for being accomodating! Will definitely recommend this to everyone.

Wil’s place is very clean and comfortable. My team did not have any problems during the stay (except for the blankets - they leave some loose threads in clothes and in bed) and we really loved the view. It is very clean.
