Relax at this unique and cute little house. Situated in the town yet still in a peaceful location with lovely views from the garden. A very short walk to all the local amenities including a bakery, bar, restaurant and pharmacy. There is also clog museum situated next door if you want to make your own wooden shoes. Turn left out the house and you are on a nice country walk. The lake is a short walk away with childrens park and fishing. Parking next to the house in front of the mini golf.

In the countryside 3.5km outside of Sourdeval this house offers a great base from which to explore all that Normandy has to offer. The house features two bedrooms, each with comfortable double bed and private bathroom. There is a light filled kitchen and down the spiral staircase there is a large open plan living and dining room with a log burner. Our Gite is a comfortable, well equipped two bedroom/four person traditional French house near Mantilly, with a shared heated pool, a private hot tub area and plenty of outdoor space. 3* rated 2021. There are many places to walk/cycle in the Normandie-Maine Natural Park. Nearby are the pretty towns of Domfront and Lassay-Les-Chateaux. Easy access to the Falaise pocket, Mont St Michel & the Normandy coast. Mantilly has a small shop. Hypermarkets ~15 minutes.
