The penthouse was amazing. Great view of the city. The penthouse was equipped with a lot of the necessary stuff you might need. This will keep you from traveling with a lot of unnecessary items you don’t need. The beds were so freaking comfortable. I slept like a baby. Another nice touch was the champagne left for us to drink with a pleasant note welcoming us into the penthouse. I really enjoyed my stay. It was fantastic!!!

Joseph's airbnb is lovely and peaceful! Made a trip up for the Isles vs Caps game, some hiking, and catch up with old friends. The backyard was nice to relax in! My pup, is usually shy with his business, but loved the fenced in backyard. The couch & bed were so comfortable. All amenities listed were there. The small items you would normally forget are graciously stocked. I would highly reccomend considering staying as a guest. I hope, when I am able to drive the 8hrs back up, Joseph has his airbnb listed. Thank you, Joseph for a perfect and comfy place for the 2 humans and pup to rest inbetween our outings.

What can I say, Karen was extremely pleasant to work with and responsive and helpful on so many levels. Her airbnb sure beats having to stay at a hotel. Her Airbnb unit was very welcoming and well stocked with almost everything you would possibly need. The bed was comfortable, furniture was enjoyable to use and the vibe was relaxing.

The place was very clean and very quiet. Great location right between NYC and eastern Long Island. Very easy to find and very reasonably priced. The host was easy to communicate with and very welcoming and polite. My wife, kids and myself had a great weekend and would definitely stay again.

We stayed for one month. It was a pleasant stay. No issues. Everything was as advertised -- no surprises. Would stay again.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Location is perfect and Jaime was incredibly friendly throughout!! He let me know that they had everything we would need.. but as a self-described obsessive packer I didnt listen. He wasn't kiding! They had beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything else you need for the perfect beach day. I brought an entire wagon of stuff and used one bag. It really is an awesome little find!!

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

Second time staying here. Main thing for me has always been cleanliness. Their place is pristine. This will definitely be my go to whenever visiting my family.

Everything was great. The home as exactly as advertised, clean and in a prime location. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Myself and 5 others were working in the area and needed a place to stay for two months and we could not have found a better home. It is in an unbelievable location walking distance to the beach, safe, private and truly was a summer we will never forget. Cannot say enough good things about Mariah and her family as well. We recently stayed at Robert’s “Catalina” house and had a wonderful experience. Robert is a great host and made our extended weekend stay so peaceful and simple. The house looked exactly liked the photos and was very clean in person. Robert called the day we arrived to make sure everything was ok and was available for all my questions.

First of all I would like to thank Carmen for letting me stay at her beautiful home. I enjoyed the time I spent at the air bnb even though it was a very busy weekend for me. Carmen home was clean and comfortable, also a very convenient location close to so many places. The home is also pretty spacious I was able to have a nice family dinner and gathering there. I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful air bnb, Carmen was a great host Thankyou again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we had planned, and it truly felt like a home away from home. I was in Dion’s place with my family we really enjoyed the time we spent there,everything was perfect the pool was something that my kids enjoyed a lot, and hopefully we will come back again, for sure I totally recommend his house if you want to go and have a couple days of fun and relax thank you again Dion.

This home is comfortably decorated, while still maintaining some of its’ original charm. So, while it may not be the most modern Airbnb one has ever stayed in, it was incredibly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our last minute weekend stay due to a family emergency. As previous reviews note, it is in a busy area, however, we were not bothered at all by any street noise. The convenience of Trader Joe’s being right there is a huge plus, and as Vermonters we had to chuckle at the fact that we drove all this way only to have an Orvis right outside the front door. Rory’s is everything it is cracked up to be, and more - we met some incredibly nice folks, and the food and staff were amazing. We will find a reason to come again!

Excellent stay! Hosts were responsive and very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The location is perfect and we had a wonderful time. Great place, exactly as advertised. Terrific location near ferry dock (making arrival/check-in extremely easy and fast, which was a relief after a long trip to get to Fire Island), near the little main hub of Cherry Grove… minutes or less to the general store, restaurants, bars. 5 minute walk to the beach. Although there is some bar noise at night, the unit is well sound-insulated. Hosts extremely friendly and communicative, full of info and recommendations. They take pride in their place and in being great hosts. Cozy place with very good value for Fire Island. The pool was a nice plus - salt water pool, lit at night. Met some of the other residents in the building who were extremely friendly and fun. Bed was very comfy. We slept in a lot. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Nice desk in the bedroom for the few times work called. Roku TV. Lots of board games Bedroom has AC which worked great. Beach chairs and towels included. Coin laundry on site worked well. Great value. Would definitely return!

My friend and I stayed for a short trip at Maria's location and it was exactly what we needed, a place to stay for our trip that was well kept, had amenities, and fresh linen available. Parking spot was small, but is to be expected in an attached parking garage.

Marcela was a fabulous host! She is very thoughtful and we had everything we needed. She also responds very quickly. The place was very clean and efficiently organized. It is a true gem. We would definitely stay again! Thank you Marcela!!!!

Our stay was flawless and pleasurable. The rooms were sleek, spotless and very quiet. All had independent temp controls and TV. The kitchen was airy and modern with stainless Viking appliances. All consumables, like coffee filters, were in ample supply. Beds were soft but supportive, with comfortable pillows sheets and quilts. On top of that, the location in the center of Greenwich at the heart of Greenwich Ave. was marvelous. Every evening we could wander down and explore the upscale shopping opportunities, then pick from dozens of excellent, interesting restaurants. Overall an excellent experience and highly worth it.

The space is adorable, and we loved the history of the rental and the community. The location was perfect for us—close to everything and secluded all at the same time. Also Jeff is an amazing host and made us feel welcome/at home. The next time we have to head to NY for a family visit we will definitely try to stay here again.

Would definitely stay again! The home itself has everything you can think of, a soundbar, 2 TVs, kitchen supplies etc. Very peaceful neighborhood with many restaurants around. I had a great stay!

The spacious condo was spotless and bright with high ceilings. Plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the host was fast, they were very accommodating. The unit was very quiet and comfortable, easy to sleep. The kitchen is well equipped. I hope this will be available next time I’m in the area!
