The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. The property is a 5 minute walk into Buxton's historic town and the iconic Crescent Hotel. Parking is available directly outside the property or there is plenty of free on street parking or a big car park 20m walk away (there is a residents pass for this car park). The renovated cottage has Netflix,Wi-Fi and a private outdoor area with BBQ to enjoy the fresh air.

Spacious Victorian ground floor apartment located within 5 minutes walk of Buxton town centre, Buxton Opera House and numerous bars, coffee shops & restaurants. The apartments comfortably sleeps up to 3 and has a period bathroom with a shower. 6ft superking leather bed, kitchen, large lounge, dining area, Wifi, TV and off road parking directly outside the front door. If the second bedroom is required, please book for 3 guests as this covers the additional cleaning costs.

Right in the town centre, 2 min walk from the main shopping area and 5 mins to the Pavilion Gardens and the best eating and drinking area. Located in a quiet side street, it benefits from free, gated, private parking. The apartment is situated in a quiet block. Please don't book this apartment if you're here to party as I will receive complaints from other tenants in the block. Please be respectful of the house rules and keep the noise to a minimum after 9pm. Thank you.
