Our little piece of paradise nestled on the edge of the woods but still in heart of downtown Pawleys. 1 block from Franks bar and restaurant, a few blocks to downtown Pawleys, and 4 blocks to the beach and many golf courses. Morning Coffee lounging on the patio and watching the amazing wildlife = Bliss! We have local birds that hang in the yard and often have wild deer wander through. NO HOA.

Unique New Remodel Close to Beach and Golf

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

Attention Golfers and Family Vacationers....Welcome to the Marshwalk Manor a new venture building upon a fabulous location. It is a private bungalow that is close to everything including Huntington Beach, Brookgreen Gardens, Waccamaw Neck Bike trail, waterfront restaurants, the famous Marshwalk as well as many world class golf courses. A vehicle pass for Huntington State Park and Beach is also included in the unit. This pass is good to use during your stay. An outdoor shower has been added!

The Crab Shack

Pawleys "pull" from this remodeled 1950’s cottage just across the salt marsh from the beach. The yard has an old oak tree with a swing, a newly fenced yard and an outside shower. You can fish or crab off of the S Causeway Bridge just one block away and the front porch has partial marsh views. We do allow a dog with pre-approval. The outdoor furniture includes a dining table for 6 with chairs, a hammock, 4 Adirondack chairs and 2 add’l chairs and side table. Also a twin loft bed is in the den.

This 2bed/2bath unit has amenities you need for a day or a week. You're a 10 minute drive to the beach, 35 minutes to Myrtle Beach, and an hour south to Charleston. The local culinary scene provides some of the freshest seafood in the country, awesome southern dishes, and there’s always southern BBQ! *Motorcycles are not allowed on property.

From the living room, kitchen, and common space there is also, a queen bed. Enjoy the most spectacular views the Inlet has to offer. Enjoy your coffee while watching the glorious seaward sunrise.
