Amazing spot and a great stay. Quick responses to questions. The house is in a development that feels neighborly and safe. It’s close to several excellent coffee shops and hiking trails. Very clean and well-stocked house.

Great place to stay! Everything was so smooth and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful ! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful at night.

We had a wonderful stay at Mitchell’s Airbnb! The house was clean and in a beautiful location. The view was incredible!! The host was very responsive when we needed to reach out, we would definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Our stay was amazing! Dawn’s place was very impressive, spacious, and beautiful. The house was very clean and the backyard was one of the most magnificent I have ever seen. The Infiniti pool, hot tub, and grill made us feel as if we didn’t need to leave the air bnb at all. Overall great stay and we will be back!

What a beautiful house, most perfect view! This house is perfect for multiple families staying together. The rooms are spaced out (different corners of the house) giving everyone privacy but the living is big and spacious where everyone comes together. The couch is super comfortable and big. Just perfect to sit and have the morning coffee! The kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. We ended up ordering in a few times and relaxing because the house was comfortable and the gorg views! The outside is also very nice, pool was great! There were a lot of leafs in the pool from the surrounding plants so that needed to be cleaned but the weather was a bit cold that we couldn’t use the pool much. Location of the house is also great (keep in mind this is 20-40 mins away from Sedona downtown depending on traffic. We came over spring break so it took us 40-50 mins) but still great location with coffee shops and restaurants close by! Rick was very responsive and helpful!

The home was absolutely beautiful and the location and views were even better than the pictures. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood but just a short drive into town. Exceptionally clean with a very well stocked and organized kitchen. We had lots of room to spare for our group of six including 3 adults and 3 teenagers. The beds were SO comfy. My mother was thrilled with the Casita-so cozy and perfect for her needs. Although it was clearly stated in the listing that the pool was not heated I wish I had understood that in late March, this meant that it was essentially not usable as the water was painfully cold. Overall, we loved our stay here. The perfect place for a multigenerational Sedona adventure!

The house is comfortable, clean and easy to find. We were pleased to find the kitchen stocked very well. I would stay here again.

Randy's place has been a favorite of ours for years! Randy is an Amazing host, and his home is clean and cozy. It also has a nice big yard for the dogs.

It was beautiful everywhere out there! They were very helpful and friendly without being intrusive. It looks exactly as the pictures show, a cozy get-away. I highly recommend a visit.

Great location with relaxing fenced in back yard. All the kitchen amenities you could ever need and super clean. And Heidi was a very thoughtful and responsive host.

Clear instructions from the host. The place was clean and homey, and it looked like the pictures. There were kitchen and bathroom supplies available also which was thoughtful. I didn’t have any issues with the place during my stay. Communicating with Tamara was easy. I stayed by myself as a solo traveler so safety was a priority for me, and I can say I felt safe there.

Wonderful stay with our family and dog! Couldn’t have asked for a cozier place to relax and enjoy the quiet holidays. Enjoyed the morning views and visiting elk as well! Cindy is a wonderful host!

Great place to spend time and catch up with family. There are a lot of different spaces throughout the home for guests to enjoy. We enjoyed our stay and recommend to other large families or groups.

We had a great stay at the house, it was exactly as listed. The location had some great views in addition to unique amenities like the glamping domes. Communication with Sancar was great and we overall really enjoyed our stay!

We were very pleased with the home. I say home because it was just that with all the amenities and comforts of a home. From the fresh coffee to the barbecue, steam shower and soaking tub. Lance has all his bases covered. The home was clean and we didn’t want for anything. Very Impressed and Happy.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at TreeHouse Cabin was absolutely PERFECT! The hot tub was magnificent — soaking under the stars with snow all around was pure magic. The 360° views from the wraparound decks were breathtaking and the peaceful setting surrounded by the National Forest made it the perfect escape. The cabin itself is beautifully designed, exceptionally CLEAN, and loaded with amenities — two kitchens, two living rooms, a sauna, a massage chair, and even arcade games kept everyone entertained. Nights were so cozy and peaceful. Everything about this place was thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

We had a great stay here. We stayed for a month so really got to know it well and it is very comfortable. The house has EVERYTHING you would need or even think you'd need, from the kitchen to toys in the 'kid's room'! Some things to confirm about the listing - the driveway is very steep, it doesn't look bad in the pictures, but it is! The view from the covered deck is so much better, the pictures don't do it justice, beautiful! Over the course of a month we pretty much used everything in the house and it all is up to snuff and works well. I worked remotely and had no internet speed issues. The internet went out once and the host was super responsive and it was resolved quickly. From the house, we saw elk several times, And a coyote too! The primary bedroom with a king bed is upstairs, which is nice. The bed is very firm. Water pressure for the shower is good. You would need a car if you stayed here. The only thing my husband and I remarked on was the lack of cereal bowls. lol

We had a wonderful 10 days' stay at Alisa's place. The location was excellent. We could enjoy beautiful views of the Red Rocks just by stepping out of the house and walking up a short ramp to the main road. There's a good supermarket (Clark's) and some nice shops all within a few minutes' walk. Driving to all major attractions is easy and convenient. Alisa's place itself is tastefully furnished. Admirers of her sculptures would be most pleased to find them generously displayed. We love the front and back balconies, the super well-stocked kitchen, the efficient washer & dryer, the writing desk, and the many good towels provided. Alisa is a kind and attentive host. We are grateful for her hospitality and would certainly love to return!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ray's place! From the outside, you’d never guess how spacious and comfortable it is inside. Everything was super clean, well-organized, and clearly cared for. We also really appreciated the local recommendations on the information page that was left for us — it was a great personal touch and helped us explore the area like locals. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great time! Loved the firepit and the house overall. The house was proximate to a lot of indigenous culture sites which was awesome to learn about. Julie was very responsive as well.

A-MA-ZING. I have stayed in lots of AirBnBs around the world and this one is by far my favorite. The host went above and beyond with this home. It had everything you could possibly need. From kitchen to bathroom amenities. The touch of providing all the extra little things like laundry soap and face masks, is what made it stand out even more. The house was beautifully decorated and comfy inside and out. I 1,000,000 times recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It was a great location to Cottonwood and Sedona.

This home was perfect for our family get away. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Spa was so very nice. No issues getting inside or communicating with host. I highly recommend if you’re planning a trip to Sedona.
