All sporting/recreational facilities and UNBC are within a 8-15 minute drive, as well as to down town Prince George and UHNBC. The suite is tastefully decorated to accommodate both short term and long term accommodations.

This private timber-framed guesthouse is a stone's throw from Seymour Lake and a ten minute drive from downtown Smithers. It has beautiful wood furnishings, a king-sized bed, a fully-stocked kitchen, and is situated on a large forested property. Our place is perfect for couples looking to get away; fishers, hunters, and skiers searching for a home base; and travellers wanting to experience the British Columbian wilderness. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate kids due to the lake front access.

The owners are a young professional couple who live upstairs.
