Clean space with everything we needed. Area was peaceful and safe. House was as described and had the “Marfa” feel. I would recommend to others for a west texas place to stay

Just as described, clean, free of clutter, comfy bedrooms. The house is in a nice safe quiet neighborhood with plenty of playgrounds. The backyard was so nice.

First, I want to say Thanks for being flexible and accommodating our needs! Let’s begin, this place is beautiful, and felt private for people who are looking for peace and quiet around them. Lovely fire pit, that’s actually working unlike others lol. This will be the place for summer with a beautiful pool and the fire pit and bbq grill in the back. You and your family or significant other would like this place. If you’re looking to party, won’t be for you unless you’re hosting a game night but make sure you let your host know others will be there. Thanks again Perry! Highly recommended, for those who needs a peaceful, beautiful, comfort stay.

We got exactly what we were expecting. Trent was super responsive from booking until check out.

over all the house was the size we needed. although the pool didn't heat for us, Laura was promt in refunding our deposit for that. the grill needs to be updated with full propane tanks. the rooms were spacious, and there was enough space for everyone.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property and first time with a child (6 y/o) who enjoyed the outdoor space and cowboy pool. Great location within walking distance of downtown and all that Marfa has to offer. The host was inviting and communicative and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed on night on the way to see Carlsbad Caverns. Easy to find and keypad was easy. The bathroom is small but great hot shower and water pressure! The kitchen was fully stocked, which we appreciated. Temperature control was a bit difficult, the master bedroom fan was high with only one setting, this might be more of a problem if the weather was really warm. Good value for our needs!

Such a lovely place to stay in Marfa. It was in walking distance to absolutely everything. It was also spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend booking this spot if it’s available.

We had an issue with the grill while we were staying there and Robert had it fixed the very same day. We had everything we needed at this home and made wonderful family memories!!

We had a great weekend. Great location, nice and near the park. Sheree was very communicative and helpful. I would recommend this stay, and will certainly be back!

Nice clean house that instantly feels welcoming.We were driving all day and wanted a nice place to relax before we continued on our 10 hour drive. We felt right at home.

The house was very nice and clean. A lot of personal touches. Kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed. Nice quiet neighborhood.

My coworker’s and myself loved the country home it was very peaceful. Also got to see several beautiful sunsets. Also really nice neighbors, let us play with their horses.

El alojamiento de Derek es magnifico, cumplia perfectamente con todo lo que describe. Sumamente cómodo, espacioso y bien distribuido. Algo que nos encanto es que pensaron en cada detalle, incluso de lo que podía pasar desapercibido, Derek lo tenia cubierto. Pocas veces hemos visto un alojamiento que no solo cumpla con lo que anuncia al 100%, si no que este iba mas allá de cualquier expectativa. Todos los utensilios de cocina que necesitaras...ahí estaban. Un barrio muy tranquilo (en realidad todo Alpine es muy tranquilo). Muchas cosas que hacer e incluso para descansar solamente, es ideal. El jacuzzi muy relajante, es un plus de esta casa. Nos hospedamos aqui para visitar el parque Big Bend, aunque esta a casi dos horas de ahi, fue una gran elección para nosotros. Incluso nos envío un correo con lugares de interés, donde comer, que hacer en los alrededores. No tenemos mas que agradecimiento a Derek por su servicio. Seguramente escogeremos este lugar de volver a Alpine. Bendiciones.
