Peaceful home on a four acre property that is located adjacent to public access BLM land. Ride for miles on your ATV, UTV, or horses. Large horse paddocks are available on site. Features a full house with a large patio with a hot tub, grill, and dining area. Stunning mountain views with photo worthy sunrise and sunsets. A large yard for parking big rigs. The home is located on a very quiet dead end street and offers a fantastic view. Only a mile from Safeway and shopping. The property includes 2.2 acres. The home is 1877 sq. ft. of living space and has a three car garage. Six large picture windows offer a view from within the house. We recently added a Smart TV. TV cable includes a sport package.
