It is located in the Old Bazar of Peja city and originally it served as the sole place in Peja where the traditional albanian hat PLISI or QELESHJA was handmaded by Lata family for over 30 years. This hat is 4000 years old and represents the most important symbol of the traditional attire of Albanians.
