Two private patio areas, rear patio giving direct access to a large garden for you to explore, relax and enjoy.

Relax at this peaceful cottage, within the grounds of Hodges Oast - a traditional old Kentish oast house. The property is modern yet has traditional features from when it was a stable. The one bedroom property has a sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for children. Property not suitable for 4 adults. Our renovated and extended 1920's cowshed. is a cosy retreat, 1 mile from the historic Pantiles of Tunbridge Wells and mainline station where London can be reached in around 50 minutes. It sits on the Kent and East Sussex border in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With its wide range of eating places and shops, Tunbridge Wells is a great base from which to explore the beautiful Garden of England. The owners live alongside the Cowshed but respect your privacy.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
