We have a large yard that is perfect for family BBQs, watching the kids play, and for enjoying a lovely sunset while sipping an evening cocktail. We are located in the perfect spot to enjoy both Traverse City and the small towns in Leelanau county. We are minutes away from Downtown Traverse City, Suttons Bay, Leland Fishtown, multiple beaches, Sleeping bear dunes, Empire, Breweries, Wineries, and Moomers ice Cream.

The property is surrounded by state land and trails, perfect for hiking, kayaking, side by sides, and snowmobiling. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic condiments. A short drive to town will give you access to restaurants, groceries, breweries and wineries. Dogs are welcome! Please message us to discuss bringing more than 1. Absolutely no cats or other pets are allowed. We do not have a TV, but we do have fiber optic high speed internet.

The open floor plan of the house is designed around the natural setting of the property and facilitates a 270 degree view of Grand Traverse bay and the surrounding orchards. Large windows offer the experience to be close to nature through all seasons and the wrap-around porch extends the living space to the outdoors.
