This was the perfect home away from home for a work trip recently. The beautiful backyard was an amazing restful sanctuary to revitalize at the end of the day, with beautiful bird and creek sounds. Lovely and accessible with big rooms and a nice spacious kitchen.

This place was absolutely amazing my family and I loved it from the gorgeous scenery of the mountains and river to the relaxing warmth of the sauna I highly recommend this place we really enjoyed our stay

Really appreciated the accommodations and scenic surroundings. Most airbnbs say full kitchen, but we really loved staying here because they were actually stocked with everything we could need to cook! Between the grilling utensils, mixing bowls, seasoning rack, air fryer, various cutting boards, and even down to the citrus squeezer, we had a great relaxing weekend at this home. The hot tub & outdoor patio were also very nice — a perfect way to kick off the spring season.

This is the third time I have stayed at Karen's home with my family. It's always been spotlessly clean and everything is easy to find. Karen is an amazing host. I probably bother her too often, but she answers immediately and always with a smile in her voice. The beds are perfect (which is often not the case elsewhere). There's room to park my pontoon boat or trailer which is very nice to have. I would recommend this home to anyone.

We enjoyed the stay—it was spotless and very peaceful! The checkout process was very thorough. Just make sure you read the instructions thoroughly, that way you won't get charged! Overall, it was a great stay!

A real gem! Spacious layout meant our group of three couples (one of which has children) felt we had privacy when we needed it, and lots of settings to share time together, hang out as a group, enjoy the peaceful, green tree-lined setting. A short drive to Nevada City downtown (we were up for Victorian Christmas Celebration), and easy drive to grocery, shops, etc. Home was pristine, fully stocked, and hosts were always in communication when we needed it - which wasn't often, as their instructions provided prior to were thorough, clear, well laid-out, and easy to understand. A top experience, and we will keep in mind for next year!

We were so fortunate to have found Ben and Raquel's place. Nevada City holds a special place in our hearts and we visit often. Our usual love of Nevada City was truly taken to the next level staying at the Cascade Dream. There was so much love and attention to detail put into the execution of the space. The location is fantastic as it's tucked away from the main stretch of town but is close enough to feel like all of Broad street was accessible. It's also close to all our favorite hiking trails such as the Cascade Canal and the Independence. One of our biggest highlights was having gong-fu tea on the balcony several times throughout our stay. Ben and Raquel were extremely friendly and responsive to all our communication and we even had the chance to connect with Ben at Dakan--a new restaurant in Nevada City where he works as the Sous Chef. They both truly understand the art of hospitality. We hope to come back soon! Truly a gem on Airbnb.

Awesome house and great host. House is very cozy and has everything you need to feel at home.

My family went to Lake Wildwood to visit some family and luckily found Iris' house. Her place was ideal! Comfortable and close to a park on the lake, with a wonderful deck to sit on and share about old times as the sun set behind the oaks. And Iris was as available and helpful as you could hope for. We will return for sure.
