This is similar in size and layout as the other home. It has two king-size bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, laundry, and central air. Our guesthouse is located 2 minutes away from the Keuka Outlet Trail, 5 minutes from Penn Yan and Keuka Lake, and just minutes away from several local wineries. In the winter, we love to visit Bristol Mountain Ski Resort, 45 minutes from us! We can't wait to host you!

Two bedrooms upstairs and large bathroom. Comfortably sleeps 6-8 people.

This waterfront cottage with 50’ of private lake frontage has incredible views of Seneca Lake and its amazing sunrises.
