Campers can enjoy a short hike to our private waterfall with a swimming hole. This site is surrounded by over 400 privately owned acres of natural forests with several miles of marked trails. The campsite is adjoined by over 8,000 acres of public land.

This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. Stay for hunting season or launch your boat onto the Allegheny river.
