The property was an 18th Century barn which the owners converted to an extremely spacious holiday cottage, with the best of traditional and modern features. It is ideally situated for fell walking, running, mountain biking, stand up paddle boarding and other mountain and lake activities. The cottage encourages a hygge-style approach to cosiness, relaxation and wellbeing.

The Bothy is a small snug barn conversion adjoining our home close to Ullswater The living accommodation on the ground floor is open plan and has green electric heating and a wood burning stove in a sandstone inglenook, a wooden staircase leads to a bedroom with ensuite facilities. The Lake District Hideaway

A lovely space for up to two people to enjoy, relax and make the most of the Lake District. With lovely views over to Blencathra, this 1 bedroom apartment is conveniently situated on the very edge of the National Park. 10 minutes drive to Lake Ullswater (great for open water swimming and SUP boarding), 7 miles to the M6 motorway and equidistant between Penrith and Keswick. Surrounded by fields and the view of the fells, this is a place to slow down, but also to have adventure!

Archie offers a nostalgic space for unwinding, there’s only Archie - no other pods or huts near you. Facing southwest there are lovely views. Archie has a double bed, en-suite shower room and toilet, kitchen area with hob,microwave, fridge, fold out dining table and underfloor heating to keep it cosy. Additionally outside there’s a kitchen area, bbq , firepit & seating.

It is within walking distance to the train and bus station as well as numerous restaurants and bars.
