The apartment, skirted by a babbling brook, forms the top floor of a converted stable. Detached from but next to our Victorian home. Many pleasant walks & close to Offas Dyke path. A traditional bespoke Shepherd Hut in a semi rural location. The hut is positioned a few steps from the Llangollen canal and a three min walk from the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct.Offas Dyke runs along the towpath .There are two excellent pubs a few minutes walk, post office ,pizza takeaway and cafe. The Hut is in an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is direct access to the tow path on which you can walk for miles. I currently have a minimum 2 nights stay but may allow 1 night stay please ask

We are a 10 minute walk from the town centre which is buzzing with activity all year round and full of great pubs, eateries and shops. We are also located opposite the famous Llangollen Pavilion which hosts the annual musical Eisteddfod. It is a wonderful place to stay whether you like walking, fishing, water sports, steam trains or simply relaxing.

Beautiful Llangollen is great for a break any time of year. Sit with a drink on the decking, or in front of the little log burner, and watch the sunset over the mountains, or the snow sweeping in along the valley. Take a glass of sparkly and have a bath under the stars.

Being in the area of outstanding natural beauty there are walks from the doorstep, but we're also only 35 minutes to Eryri/Snowdonia. The barn is not a big space, but is perfect for a getaway for two people. Everyone is welcome.
