Clean, well maintained and equipped unit. Responsive host as well. Will definitely consider staying again!

Host was very responsive and professional. House was prepared very well. Appreciate that owner was flexible when it comes to check-in time. Only downside is internet coverage was not up to standard as wifi was quite slow and the internet in general. Other than that, place was really nice and clean especially the toilets. Happy stay nonetheless.

This is my first time in Penang and I think I love it so much! The places is just as described. Note that she didnt provide tv but she provided 6 in 1 games and its soo cute. At first, she didnt provide bath towel and iron, but after requested, she came and send all requested items to me which is good and very very responsive! I love how private the building are and the view. Will come back later 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

The place is located in the centre of Seri Iskandar and it was easy for us to go anywhere. Communication with Ain was execellent as she was very responsive and accommodating. The house also as described and we were happy with our stay.

Room2房间很干净整洁，没有异味👍孩子很开心一切都很好👌 没有窗口可是有风扇，抽风机，空气净化机，不会闷，很凉爽 厕所湿了很滑，孩子滑倒一次🥹建议放non slip carpet🫣🤣 楼下什么都有，很方便，还有专属parking位置很不错👍

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and baby-friendly, which made a big difference for us as parents traveling with a little one. What really stood out was the homely vibe and nothing felt overly commercial or impersonal. We could cook meals, enjoy quiet family time. It truly felt like staying at a relative’s or close friend’s house rather than just a rental. A special thank you to Mr. Thillai our wonderful host. Will definitely recommend this space to our friends and family.

All good semua dekat.. selesa dan tenang. Owner boleh improve bantal sebab bantal ada yang keras.. sakit leher.. Prefer tv daripada projector.. itu saja.. terbaik nanti saya repeat.

The host was very helpful, and communication was easy. The check-in process was smooth, and the guard was also helpful in showing us the way to the mailbox. Everything was perfect except for a slight foul smell around the kitchen area and low water pressure for both bathroom.

Malaysia family tour 6th location. Here we fealth at home right away. The beds a bit on the hard side for us and Ipoh a bit lesh mantained buildings, but still nice and safe. The Majestic building, the pool and the location is highly recommended. It would be nice to have access to sauna and gym. Its there but only for lang time rentals. We would come again 🤩
