Beautiful and clean apartment with comfortable beds, nice little kitchen, cozy living and dining area. It has all the necessities eg. mini-fridge, water dispenser, robot vacuum cleaner, dish steriliser, hair dryer, etc. Ann, the host, was very responsive to all messages, communicates clearly and flexible with check in time. Definitely highly recommended!

A very clean house suitable for family stay. The host is very responsive to my query and gave clear instructions on how to check-in. I had an issue with connecting to Netflix which was promptly solved by Richard.

I had a wonderful stay at Yew's place! The accommodation was clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the cozy duvet and the thoughtful addition of an HDMI cable and extra adapter—it made my stay even more convenient. The only downside was the noise in the morning, as it's located near a mosque, but that’s really the only minor issue. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to many restaurants and a food court. Overall, I loved my stay and would definitely recommend this place to others and return myself. Thanks again!

The premise is very cozy & feels like home. The interior design was great also. For those with many luggage, suggest to unload at the lobby first before parking your vehicle as the parking lot is quite a distance from the premises.

Overall, my family and I were very satisfied with our stay at the homestay with a village atmosphere. Near to Teluk Intan town. The owner prioritizes customer satisfaction. The house is well-equipped with everything we needed. It was very clean, and each room had air conditioning. Adequate kitchen equipment and clean. Tissues, and wet wipes were also provided. Drinking water bottles were available as well. It was a great stay.

We have 14 adults with 2 infants. The house is extremely clean and very child friendly. Love the aesthetically pleasing interior, every corner of the house is beautifully decorated and it feels like home. Will definitely recommend this place to our friends and relatives. Journey to Ipoh city or tambun only took less than 30 mins!

Had a wonderful stay! Samantha was a great host, super friendly and welcoming. The house was beautiful, spotless, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen was fantastic, fully equipped with all the amenities you could need, including a great coffee machine. Rooms were very comfy and cozy. The place is quiet and peaceful – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The photos are true to reality, and everything was just as expected. Would definitely love to stay again. Highly recommended!

this homestay is so nice. host provides everything completely. And also got Mamak to lepak nearby. but the issue is at the pool area.its so strict.few guard so rude.

Firstly, a huge thank to the hosts, Kelvin and Kaiwei for providing such a wonderful place! We are satisfied with everything! Never expect to stay in such a comfortable, clean and big unit at Kampar. Other than that, the hosts are very responsive and friendly in answering our inquiries. Besides, Kelvin also provided a clear check-in guide for us, making it a breeze throughout the process. Secondly, the location is just 10 minutes from Utar, it is also quiet and we had a good sleep at night. Highly recommended to everyone who looking for Airbnb in Kampar! This place is the best!
