The condo was very pretty and well laid out. Tried to communicate with the owner during our stay but got no response. There were fruit flies which were easily trapped. Storm destroyed the umbrella on the deck. No clear place to put our trash.

We really enjoyed this place! It is located very close to downtown making a lot of places walkable or just a short drive. Upon arrival it was clean and the instructions for check in and parking were easy to follow. The kitchen had a lot of amenities and included almost everything we needed. We also liked that the checkout process was simple! We would definitely stay here again.

Fred's place was absolutely fantastic. I had friends and family in from Florida and we had numerous activities to choose from. Restaurants are close by. I recommend The Paisley Pig Gastropub. Also, each night there was a fountain/light show within walking distance. Also, the sunset at the beach was beautiful. This was all on top of the beautiful place we stayed in. Finally, thank you very much Fred for helping out after we had checked out. You made it very easy for our party to come back and retrieve items that were very special.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the location. Bruce was responsive and easy to work with.

What a gem! If you're looking for a hotel type room but without the steril hotel feeling, this is the place for you. The lodge is right on the water with several hammocks, porch swings, beach loungers, & a fire pit with chairs. I enjoyed my morning cup of tea sitting on our balcony, looking right over the lake with loons swimming and diving for their breakfast. We did have a slight disappointment where the listing was not accurate (the listing stated two rooms & four beds when it was one room and 2 beds), but when I brought it up to property management, they apologized & rectified it without issue. My toddler loved swinging in the hammock & the porch swings as well as playing in the sandy area by the water, but was disappointed in the play structure, which was quite rough & dirty and didn't have a baby/toddler swing). Overall, it was a lovely & serene place and I would absolutely come back. It's close to family we have up north so we definitely foresee ourselves returning!

The condo was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The keypad for entry worked well. We enjoyed the view of the water and boats and it was nice to walk along the river and in the town. Access to Grand Haven was easy as well.

Beautiful stay, place very clean and spacious. Host responsive with local recs and easy in/out. Host thought of everything from makeup wipes to luggage rack. Not sure how parking is on-season but found easy street parking off season with lots behind. Not very walkable to downtown area (about a mile along a busier road) but as advertised. Would stay again!

It was a great stay! Really cool space in the heart of downtown town Ludington. Ryan was super friendly, responsive, and had great recommendations, including making sure we got seated at a restaurant he recommended. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Grand Haven and the condo was in a great location, walking distance to everything. The condo was as described and Steve gave very detailed instructions on how to access the building/condo. It was nice to have our vehicle parked inside the parking garage and not have to try to find a spot in the lot. The balcony gave a perfect view of the musical fountains, along with good people watching. We will definitely consider renting this unit again in the future.

Lovely one bedroom one bath apartment setting. Loved the private patio off our upstairs location with view of the lake. Pleasantly surprised to see “EO” supplied products in the bathroom shower (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and hand soap. I love and use these products in my home. Open kitchen into the living room. Nice size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, small 2-burner electric stove top. I only used the cute little tea kettle. Nice comfy bed, we slept peacefully. Unfortunately we had an event 1/2 hr north and did not visit the town. We would definitely stay at the Dahlia House if in the area.

cozy cabin on the Lakeshore! this was a perfect little spot to spend a few days while in the area. about a half hour from silver Lake, as well. loved the private beach access!

This was my second stay in this property this summer and it was as good as the first time. The location is perfect. Right on the trail system, close to the lake and easy access to downtown. Condo has anything and everything you need.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at James' place! The view of Portage Lake from the property was breathtaking, and the overall experience was top-notch. James and Lillian were exceptional hosts, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The attention to detail, the cozy atmosphere, and their warm hospitality truly made this trip unforgettable. I can't wait to return and enjoy another stay in this incredible Airbnb. Highly recommended!

-Easy to follow instructions to check in and fast response to messages. -Almost brand new 2 story condo with great view. -Complete list of kitchen and laundry amenities (new) -Wall mounted A/C units can be noisy, I wish they have screens on the patio door and windows so we may not need the air conditioners. -Easy to park. We enjoyed our 6 day stay in this beautiful place!

Beautiful place right in the heart of Muskegon. Appreciated the clean space with a TON of space (especially outside!)

This was a great place for us. We were in West MI visiting family for the week and it worked perfectly for all that we wanted to do. Easy access to north and south highways, great downtown and restaurants and clean and comfortable accomodations! Stress free! Thank you!!

The condo was beautiful and very clean! It was super easy to find and get in/out of. There was plenty to do on the property and nearby!

We stayed over a week and it was very nice and peaceful. The condo was very clean and extremely cozy, felt like a home. The view off the balcony is great and Brad is an excellent host, always quick to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend it!

I would return in a heartbeat! This home was clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated, and we felt right at home. We had exactly what we needed for 3 nights for a small getaway. The community pool and hot tub were very nice as well. Can't wait to come back for another visit.

Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Location was amazing short walking distance of several great restaurants and right on a great bike path that you could ride endlessly. The pool was added bonus for 2 kids and highly recommend boat rental place in Fruitport!

This condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The location is seven minutes from the beach, boat rental and restaurants. The value was great. I would happily stay here again.

We’ve been coming up to Michigan from Southeast MO for 30 years and have always loved our stay in Harbor Village. The community is always a great place for families, beautiful marina and beach with lots to do at the condos’ amenities. This condo was great for us and our two kids, as well as my brother and sister-in-law to share. Loved the large kitchen table, big couch, and fully stocked kitchen! The condo itself was very clean! Phil was very responsive with any questions I had. We had ZERO issues whatsoever during our trip thanks to their great planning! Can’t wait to return!
