Oak Tree Annexe is set in a secluded and secure walled garden. You can park for free directly outside the house and will be staying in one of Rutland’s most desirable villages. Set on the fabulous cycle route around the water and with access to great walks directly from the house or a short drive away it’s a perfect location for exploring Rutland. Our village pub is a 3 minute stroll, serves food 7 days a week and offers our guests a 10% discount on their meals.

The Annexe is a newly built detached, spacious one bedroom bungalow. It is very private and set in the midst of almost 2.5 acres of garden with it's own hot tub. Small - Medium size, well behaved dogs are welcome. Free on site parking. Located approx 10/15 mins from Silverstone and between the pretty Northamptonshire villages of Blisworth and Stoke Bruerne, this is the perfect place to explore the surrounding countryside.

Flaxlands Farm Shepherd’s Hut and wood fired hot tub is set in its own three acres of meadow and woodland on a working farm in the rolling countryside of Leicestershire. It’s very unique and we think it’s beautiful with its hammocks in the woods,& large pond ….did we mention the gorgeous wood fired hot tub!❤️ Only one shepherds hut is located in the field so you have total privacy
