This home has a spacious living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a downstairs laundry room, attached garage, and a relaxing screened in back porch. Located just 1 mile from the Katy Trail and 2 miles from the State Fairgrounds. Very tranquil with frequent wildlife in the large backyard. If there is anything our guests want or need we are just a block away to accommodate any issues.

We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the east entrance to the fair as well as 0.5 miles from the Katy trail. We have a cozy two bedroom unit that can fit 4 adults and a kid on the couch.
