The house was cute and cozy with plenty of linens and blankets. It was super clean and well cared for, and we felt at home there. All of the things we needed were right at hand—the kitchen was stocked with lots of things you might need, like condiments in the fridge and spices in the cupboard, as well as enough plates/bowls/cups/silverware. The bathroom had a good supply of extras in case anyone in the group forgot something. Great parking right in front of the house. Directions for check-out were clear and easy to follow without being too much to do as we were trying to pack up. Heather and her mom even offered suggestions when our group was looking for a meeting room in town, and that was super helpful! If you stay here, you’ll feel right at home.

We loved our Spring stay at Kim's! The cottage was wonderful and very close to the location we needed to be on site for! The house was pristine and had everything we needed for a great stay! If we find outselves in Sedalia again we know where to go!

Place was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. Very reasonably priced too! How was easy to communicate with and expectations were very reasonable. Will definitely stay again here!

Angie was very communicative and left clear instructions. The house was clean and well kept.

Gina was amazing to deal with. Her communication and kindness are top are second to none. I didn’t personally stay at the house but my guys said it was a very nice setting, great layout and exceeded all their expectations. Would stay there every time we’re back if it’s available. As a child growing up in Sedalia, I spent many hours and made many memories in this house. It was my grandmother's house, and I appreciate that Sara thoroughly researched the details that helped her keep the integrity of the house intact. She was very prompt in answering any questions I had and was very thoughtful in her preparation for our stay. The house was very clean and well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. Thank you, Sara, for a delightful weekend! We will definitely visit again!!

This house was perfect for us! We were in Sedalia for a funeral and this was just the most peaceful and quiet place for us to unwind and relax. Tammy helped us get another night so we wouldn’t have to leave for a 1:30 pm funeral at 10am and we would have a quiet place to return to after the funeral. We had a wonderful stay during my graduation ceremony at Columbia College. I traveled with my husband and friends—there were five of us in total—and the house was absolutely perfect for our group. It was spotlessly clean, well-organized, and had all the basic amenities we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and tidy, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the patio, which was a great spot to relax. Everything was exactly as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Five stars all the way—highly recommend!
