A well appointed ground floor apartment next to the sea with a seaview, with the sea just 10 metres away, a well appointed one bedroomed, a bathroom with bath & shower, Large lounge with original features and high ceilings including Victorian cornice, walking distance to the tennis, theatres, pubs, restaurants, shops in a quiet Victorian building that will sleep up to three guests. Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

This spacious flat is directly on St Leonards seafront, close to the new pier, Warrior Square, Hastings, the Hastings Contemporary gallery etc, many restaurants, the beach, and all sorts of other activities. It has amazing views from its roomy balcony, high ceilings and a great location. It's laid out in boho-chic style, bare floorboards, rugs, open plan, etc. It's a very comfortable space and place to relax in. A wonderful antidote to city life...a few minutes here and you're relaxed.

The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area.
