真心不错，房子位置极佳，就在芭提雅海滩旁边，比去住旁边的酒店性价比高太多，干净卫生，出行方便，到芭提雅6巷(男生的理想之地)，酒吧街步行街夜市这些地方也非常方便，对了，老板人很好，也很热情，告诉了我很多好吃好玩的地方，估计跟着旅行团或者自由行，都不会体验到那么好吃😋和有趣的地方！总体来说超棒的一次体验！

The host is a good person. The internet is pretty decent if you have to work. The bathroom is also okay. Both Aircons work properly. You can see the entrance from the gate. Easy to access. Worth the money! 💰

It is my 2nd time to stay at Daniel's place and it was as superb as the 1st time. Location was very convenient. It is within walking distance to Central Pattaya Beach. Room was very clean and equipped with everything you need. It also comes with ocean view. Khun Daniel is a hospitable person and he well deserved to be a Super Host. His small touches like the good quality products he uses for the room are what impressed us the most. I will surely stay there again if I have chances to go to Pattaya next time.

The place is clean and has everything as mentioned. We trust that the host hires a professional cleaner and laundry service, so the cleanliness, linens, and towels are of hotel-equivalent quality, which is very satisfying. The place is well maintained—it is not new but is still in good condition. The host paid close attention to our booking. We had seven people, when we arrived, we found an extra rollaway futon in the living room. Kitchen equipment and utensils are sufficient, allowing us to prepare a quick breakfast ourselves. The view from the room has a slight flaw, as the room is on the 8th floor and the ocean view is partially blocked by the hotel building in front. However, we can still enjoy a sea view. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would not hesitate to visit the place again in the future.

Ich kam später an als ausgemacht, aber ich wurde geduldig erwartet. Die Ruhe und Privatsphäre haben mich begeistert. Ok, man braucht ein Fahrzeug, aber das wusste ich ja vorher. Damit konnte ich den lokalen Markt erreichen, die Auswahl an Speisen war groß und die Preise günstig. John war bei Nachfragen immer erreichbar und hat flexibel reagiert. Jederzeit wieder.

The house is exactly the same as in the picture and everything was perfect during our stay, the host quickly reply to our questions , house is big and enough for all of us, we will definitely come back!!

Perfect apartment for family, 2 good sized bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. Excellent balcony with great views, 50m to sea great quiet beach, back to pool for shower Perfect. Restaurants and bars close by, good base to explore surrounding areas with lots to see. Will stay again

The most wonderful view from the 27´th floor balcony. A dream for everyone who appreciate seaside view. Calm conditions and yet 10 minutes away from Pattaya city life by car. Alexander is a very easy host and contributes to the pleasant stay. Only to be recommended. Michael from Denmark

A wonderful host, great communication, nice, spacious apartment with direct access to the swimming pool. 7/11 and small shops / restaurants around the building. Overall, great 1-month stay, would return next time I visit Pattaya. A+ experience!

海边的日子很是舒服，每天枕着涛声入睡以及醒来，一望无际干净的海岸线就在眼前，太喜欢这里了，下一次还要过来小住几天。房主alex人要超好，去码头亲自接我们，退房的时候又送我们去曼谷的车站，谢谢！

it was so near to beach and we were getting tuk tuk to go to walking street per person 10Bhat and while coming also we got tuk tuk after getting down it was walkable distance.the room was tidy and hygiene.loved the place .I recommend for people who loves to stay near beach.

Un superbe condominium. Endroit parfaitement conforme à la description du propriétaire. Cette personne a toujours été très réactive dans sa communication. Le logement est très bien agencé et très bien équipé. Attention aux personnes ayant le sommeil fragile, l'isolation phonique n'est pas parfaite autant sur l'intérieur que l'extérieur et un bar à karaoké est très actif la nuit! Le lit est confortable malgré la dureté du matelas j'ai apprécié la dimension et la fermeté de ce couchage. La climatisation est discrète et efficace. Gros point fort pour la machine à laver. La piscine du complexe est très sympa (superbe rooftop) dommage que des Russes et des Indiens étaient à ce moment-là très bruyants et agités. Mais il ne faut pas oublié que nous sommes à Pattaya, ville très animée. Le parking gratuit est très bien pour le scooter, toujours une place de disponible et très bien protégé et surveillé. Le personnel du complexe sont très agréables et très sérieux. J'ai beaucoup aimé ce logement
