This is the third time we've stayed at one of Oyvind's properties. Both of his properties are in the same development and this was the first time we'd stayed at this property. As previously the property was well maintained as were the facilities and amenities. The villa is located in nice quiet chilled out development. There are enough local shops and restaurants located in walking distance If want to stay local Ordering food in is easy using the local apps we never had any issues. Also transport to the main town is easily accessible by local apps or the villa contact. Thanks Oyvind see you next year 🙂

I highly recommend Nong's Airbnb house for your next stay! As our host, Nong went above and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable and welcome throughout our time there. Her warmth and hospitality truly made our experience memorable. Nong was not only responsive and friendly but also went out of her way to make sure that every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or ensuring that we had everything we needed in the house, her attention to detail and genuine care for her guests was evident. In addition to Nong's exceptional hospitality, the house itself was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful garden that added to the overall charm of the property. Its proximity to numerous restaurants, as well as being just a short drive from both the beach and city center, made it an ideal home base for exploring the area. Overall, our experience at Nong's Airbnb house was nothing short of fantastic.

It is a great location but just a heads up you have to leave a 3000 baht deposit which is fine but does not explain this on their listings Peaceful clean nice building one we had a few issues that may require looking at nothing serious just a couple of light bulbs etc Short drive to beach and bars which is great The host is very helpful I will definitely return

The house is great for a family with children.Tranquil neighborhood is very suitable to escape from big and buzzy city. Big green ground, pool ,outdoor grill and toys add to what all you need to settle the children in As it is not located about 2-3kilometers away from town,It is easier if you come with a car or motorbike in order to reach the city

Wir haben unsere Zeit bei Mookba und ihrem Mann sehr genossen! Die beiden waren unglaublich herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben leckeres Frühstück und frisches Obst bekommen und sie hat uns sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt und für die Rückfahrt wieder hin gebracht. Mit Grab konnte man gut Essen und Taxis bestellen. Wenn wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten, war uns Mookba immer eine sehr große Hilfe. Wir würden die Unterkunft jedem weiter empfehlen, der abseits der Hektik eine ruhsame Auszeit in der Natur und in einem Städchen mit schönen Sehenswürdigkeiten und sehr netten Menschen genießen möchte.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious and comfortable home! With four bedrooms, it easily accommodated our group of seven adults and three kids. The house felt very safe and private, and the pool was a refreshing bonus. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we had a great time singing karaoke and enjoying the amenities. Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun getaway!

The house was absolutely gorgeous as was the garden. The complex was safe and peaceful and beautifully landscaped and laid out. Although the house had its own pool we tended to use the main communal pool, it had a better shallow area for the toddler that was with us and it was bigger. The house was well equipped, especially the kitchen and I was able to make proper meals. Tukta, the housekeeper was brilliant at helping us with anything we asked. Also the security guards were so friendly.

If I could give Emmy’s place 1000 stars, I would. I initially booked one week… and stayed 23 nights. That alone should tell you how special this space is. The unit is full of natural light, thoughtfully laid out, and just the right size for anyone traveling solo or looking to ground themselves. The views (beach, water, and even a glimpse of the mountains) are stunning. The building is part of a peaceful, beautifully maintained property with multiple condos and a beach club hotel just a 5-minute walk away. I loved the quiet, relaxed energy during the week, with easy access to food, Grab rides, and the convenience store nearby. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the people. The staff were kind, observant, and incredibly helpful. And Emmy… so thoughtful and responsive throughout. I only left because I had a pre-planned trip to Vietnam. If I’m ever back in this part of Thailand, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend for a beautiful, quiet reset.

היתה לנו שהות נעימה בבית הזה. מדובר בבית דירות, שקט ונעים. הדירה היתה נקיה מאוד אסטתית ומאובזרת . החצר נקיה ומטופחת. בריכות מקסימות, וגינה פורחת ונעימה. התמונות אמינות. המארחים היו נחמדים ונעימים, הגיבו מהר ובנדיבות. הציעו לנו נקיון של הדירה על חשבונם, וניסו לעזור בכל מה שיכלו, ובזריזות תודה! החיסרון היחיד הוא מרחק מה מהמרכז של הואה הין, עזר לנו מאוד שהיה לנו רכב. הייתי ממליצה למארחים על הוראות הגעה מדוייקות יותר, ואיזה שהוא שיפור של הפלטות החשמליות שהיה מאוד קשה עד בלתי אפשרי לבשל בהן. 💕

This condo was a wonderful place to stay. It has a great view of the beach from the bedroom and and lounge/kitchen. The bed is large and very comfortable. It's very peaceful. You can walk to a few beach side restaurants. The condo has a cheap laundry service. You will need a motorbike or car to get groceries. The reception have cars and bikes for hire.

Bee was a very responsive and helpful host and acted immediately to get us kitchen towels and beach towels when we asked. The view is absolutely beautiful and I enjoyed my daily sunrise cup of tea on the balcony. The condo complex has many pools and nice walking paths through the grounds. I enjoyed the saltwater pool at Building C the most.

Very comfortable room in great and quiet condominium, one of the best condo in Cha Am. Green, quiet, with good quality of building. You definitely need car or bike, because this condo far from Hua Hin (30 minutes on car) and not too far from great Cha Am beach (10-15 minutes on car) but it's ok and this place worth it. The Condominium very well treated, clean, very good pool. One minus - room need new bed, old is very shaky and not enough space if you need King Size bed. It's ok, but not as excellent as in many hotels in Thailand. The host is super, super responsible and friendly, very helpful and kind. We enjoyed communication with here. All our requests had almost immediate response from her. So overall very good experience. Highly recommended.

Martin communicates well both prior, during and after our stay. The space is clean, tidy and modern. Facilities onsite were also kept well and the security were always pleasant. 5 stars!

We had the most wonderful stay at Lars' place. Lots of space inside the house, very clean, AC and fans everywhere, two outdoor areas to hang out and have meals, and an amazingly well equipped kitchen. The condo itself was great, very well maintained with flowers everywhere, our kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the quiet and nice vibe. Walking distance to the beach and a grocery store, about 15 minute walk to a big supermarket,and a bunch of restaurants around. Lars was extremely reactive and helpful, he was kind enough to be flexible with check in and check out times, and shared some nice recommendations for restaurants. All in all a great stay, many thanks!

We loved our stay at Sona's apartment and really didn't want to leave. The apartment itself is spacious, well appointed, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The resort's pool is incredible, with beautiful and well maintained gardens and grounds. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and Hua Hin town is a short "Bolt" ride away. Sona was a fantastic host - very friendly and super responsive to any questions we had. Sona's helper, Nu, is such a lovely and friendly person and helped make our stay fantastic. Thank you Sona! We hope to come back soon!

This place is as advertised. Clean, comfy and in a quiet location with gated security. Beautiful accomodations and pool. Would definetly reccomend this place and this host.

Fantastic views. Love the sunrises! Minimalistic setup but that was just to our liking. Beach right there and pool was great

pooky a été très arrangeante et toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions, merci ! la piscine est un vrai plus, très propre et immense. le personnel du condo est très souriant et sympathique, et l'entretien est impeccable. le lit était confortable et tout fonctionnait bien dans l'appartement, il ne m'a rien manqué. la mer est à 1 min à pied, avec plein de petits restos. pour aller sur Hua Hin ou au marché de Cha-Am, vous n'aurez aucun mal à commender un bolt. bref super séjour, condo calme et très sympa, n’hésitez pas.

We really enjoyed our stay. The management of the complex is very strict and ensures that rules and cleanliness are maintained. The pools and garden are cleaned throughout the day. Within walking distance along the beach, there are 2-3 restaurants. The nearest café and supermarket are 10 minutes away. The landlord responded very quickly and reliably.

bien, bâtiment moins bien en vrai que sur la photo, sinon tout était parfait! l'arrivée un peu difficile car nous sommes arrivés par les petites rues derrière, de nuit à pied et c'était pas simple à trouver sinon très paisible et calme je recommande vivement

What a fantastic stay in Hua Hin at Lin and Oly's place!. Truly a quiet and peaceful getaway, yet close to all of the incredible attractions in and around Hua Hin. Their guidebook covers everything, and makes it a very easy and welcoming stay. And they have everything you could possibly need for a great visit. Our favorite part was sitting out on the balconies, enjoying the nice breeze and stunning view. Pools are expansive and inviting...and the beach is now one of our favorites. We truly felt at home. Little things like live plants, and the lovely decor give it personality and warmth. A great quiet escape from Bangkok! Our stay was much too short...so we look forward to returning very soon! And extra bonus, the hosts are lovely people, which makes it all the more special to stay here!
