We felt as though we got what we paid for and the hosts were extremely thorough in communicating. Definitely needs some freshening up and maintenance, but again, for the price it was great. All the necessities were ready for us on arrival and the exit instructions were simple and not too involved.

Perfect stay for a family with children. Lovely quiet neighbourhood. Walkable distance to all major museums and attractions. Well equipped kitchen made it easy to cook.Whole Foods store is nearby for groceries. Kids loved toys & books that the hosts kindly left in the house. Overall, a wonderful, thought through, comfortable home. We absolutely loved every aspect of it. Thank you Meghan & Tim!

House is just as described inside, very clean and entertaining. The beds are comfortable, nice bathroom, great kitchen. Nice private, gated patio with comfy furniture. The location isn’t for everyone, and it is not ideal for kids or pets - trash and broken glass everywhere outside of the property, the entire neighborhood, out of the owners control but still deserves to be mentioned. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay for a couple days with friends. Fishtown is a cute neighborhood with lots within walking. Gilda’s is great for far more than chai—the pasteis de nata are a must! Sulaya was delicious as well! A few aesthetic/character choices were a bit odd, but that’s the Airbnb charm of it all. The back patio could use some niceties as well, but, overall, highly recommend if you want to be in a walkable neighborhood.

James's home was very well maintained. We enjoyed the neighborhood and found it convenient to get to a variety of restaurants. We were happy we could walk to appointments at the Hospital of the University Pennsylvania and Penn's campus. We would love to stay here again if we are in Philadelphia.

This was a really spacious, very clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment. Even though its in a larger apartment building, it was very easy to get inside, easy to park, and everything went as expected. Taniya was responsive in the few times we reached out. We really appreciated the comfortable beds and comfy couch, too.

Seckou and his place is totally wonderful. If you’re looking to see Philly, this is an excellent choice!!

It was hard to get in at first, but the keypad was eventually fixed plus there was another entry i could have used and didn't khow

The location was awesome it was quiet and safe. We found parking out front and decided to Uber because the parking was tight at the location we wanted to visit. It bright in the morning but she left eye pads and earplugs I didn’t realize I needed for my boyfriend’s snoring. I would definitely stay again it was a great experience.

The communication was excellent! I appreciated it as I had a few questions. The place was clean and spacious. The building was quiet and the few neighbors I saw were friendly. It’s a great apartment that felt like home. I highly recommemded this place!!!

When you choose one of Yoseph’s Airbnb dwellings, you are assured of a superior Airbnb experience! The kitchen is the most well-equipped and cleanest we have seen so far.

Really great stay! The one-bedroom was super clean and comfy—perfect for a relaxing weekend. The shower was awesome, nice water pressure and super clean. Loved hanging out by the fire pit at night, and the gazebo was a great spot to chill with a coffee in the morning. Would definitely come back.Actually this might be my go to air Bnb when i come to Philly. Thanks again for everything

Convenient location for Philly at the end of a cul de sac. Helpful hosts. Cozy place -good for a base to explore from. Nice house decorations too.

Very homey in a quiet neighborhood. Full kitchen made it very easy to cook. Comfortable rooms. Spacious and airy. Good WiFi. It was a perfect stay for myself, my kid and my dog. Decent street parking. It was perfect. Highly recommend.

Jeff’s home was exactly as described. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to find and had a great dive bar next door called Lucky 13. The stairs could be tricky as they are steep and there is two floors so just note that. Otherwise the house was clean, peaceful, and we enjoyed our stay. Would stay again!
