We had a fantastic stay at this townhome during the holidays with our family! The space was incredibly spacious—perfect for everyone to relax and enjoy quality time together without feeling crowded. It was also spotlessly clean, which made it even more comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was absolutely ideal for our needs—close enough to everything we wanted to explore but tucked away in a wonderfully quiet area that allowed for peaceful evenings. We appreciated the thoughtful proactive communication from Santiago the seamless check-in process. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a perfect holiday getaway! We'll definitely stay here again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The spot is nice and comfortable the parking and access through the backyard are awesome.

The home worked great for our small family gathering. They even provided a roll-in crib for the baby so that was nice. And we appreciated the offer to extend our check out time so it wasn't so hectic on Sunday morning to get packed up and gone. We'd book this home again without second thoughts.

Our stay at Frank's townhouse was great. It was very convenient for the conference we were attending. Everything was comfortable and we felt right at home.

This house is a must book. Its very spacious & clean. The beds were so soft in a good way. A balcony connected to the master bedroom. We utilized the patio the most, it was peaceful & private. The host responded quickly & checked on us throughout our stay. Overall I give this house a 10/10.

We loved EVERYTHING about our stay! From a seamless check in and quick and open communication with our hosts (who also recommended the best places to visit and dine during our stay prior to arrival), the safe feeling of the neighborhood, the excellent pool, the quick, pretty walk to Old Towne, beautifully comfortable KING beds, the cleanliness of the entire place, cupboards stocked with everything a person might need (including a few edible cooking essentials we required for brunch one morning), fans in the bedrooms to accompany the wonderful a/c at the end of hot days…we couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy our holiday. I hope to stay again and again!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this such a special vacation!!

This was a great stay! Angel’s place was very clean with comfortable furniture and beds, a big smart TV in the living room and also in the bedrooms. There’s also a lot of attention to detail in areas like the bathroom (Q-tips, floss, etc). He also had a welcome sign with my name 😃. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Stayed for an entire week. Everything was nice and many places were a walkable distance for anyone without transportation.

We had a MARVELOUS time! We’ve enjoyed many Airbnbs over the years and this is by far the cleanest and best stocked! Location is perfect! Mary welcomed us with a message full of information and suggestions! EVERYTHING was well explained and easy to use! We truly look forward to coming back! Beds were super comfy!! The fireplace was a beautiful added enjoyment! We walked to many places for fun and had very short drives to others! We highly recommend this Airbnb! Also recommend the short walk to Prickly Pear for shopping, food and entertainment! Driving a few more blocks to Buffalo Chip will immerse you in cowboy fun (music, rodeos, bull riding). A GREAT place for brunch is literally called BRUNCH! And, walk about a block for El Encanto...restaurant with an indoor/outdoor pond with ducks & turtles. GREAT STAY!

Very convenient house with a garage. We enjoyed being able to walk to stores. Sasha is a very responsive host. Very reasonable price.

We had an excellent stay at Mario's place. He is a fantastic host who is very responsive, friendly and extremely accommodating. The house is exactly as described, conveniently located and comfortable. I highly recommend!!

It was a very nice place and clean. Needed a couple essentials-frying pan-pitcher-grill- storage containers but we made do. We have a truck and parking was tight. Otherwise met Dan and he seemed very nice. Would stay again. Location great too.

We had a great stay at Jason’s townhome. Very comfortable with plenty of room for the 5 of us. Clean, well appointed and very close to Old Town Scottsdale for shopping and dining. We would definitely stay with Jason again.

Darolyn is the bomb!!! We drove 1800 miles with a dually truck, trailer, motorcycles and our large dog. Darolyn’s communication from the beginning was exceptional. She explained how parking would work and there were no surprises! Her place was PERFECT for us! We have a Neapolitan Mastiff and she was right at home. We brought her kennel and set that up in the living room. It worked really well. Our dog easily learned how to use the doggy door and loved it. FYI, there’s a huge dog park a couple miles away on Carver Rd. We went there everyday. Our dog will miss the new friends she made 🐾 The beds were so comfortable and I loved having a TV in the larger one. The shower head was delightful and the pressure was excellent. We couldn’t have asked for anything more in the kitchen. It was well stocked and accessible. Loved having a washer and dryer available and use of one side of the garage. The patio was very comfortable and the privacy blinds were great at night. Thank you Darolyn!!

We were in town for business. Convenient location, close to Tempe marketplace, Asian plazas for groceries and restaurants, Walmart. Cali’s home had the amenities to make us feel at home.

Cute little place to get away for the weekend! Host was super friendly and very flexible with my accommodations. Would stay here again! :) Cute patio as well!

Our stay at Scott’s place was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling, we felt right at home! The snacks were a nice treat and we loved the drip coffee maker. The location is perfect!

Ah-ma-zing! As parents of a now GCU grad, we have been in Phoenix at least 2x/year for the last 4 years. I wish this place had been an option all 4 years! (only been listed for 8 months). So conveniently located to the school. Easy on/off highway 17 and also walkable to bagels in the morning (& other places depending on your definition of walkable). 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom was perfect, especially when traveling with friends and not just family. The roof top deck was fabulous for morning tea/coffee and evening drinks. Beds were comfortable. Really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in all showers and hand soap at all sinks. This is 3 stories (4 if going to rooftop) so there are stairs but we were not bothered by them. Marcia is a gracious and responsive host. Very easy communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Really nice spot with a great floor plan to the unit. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed and was at very reasonable price. Covered parking was a nice bonus!

The unit was exactly as described. We had no issues! Nice kitchen supplies, plenty of towels, good storage. Wonderful area!!! We felt very safe and went to so many restaurants!! Super convenient drive to multiple grocery stores, fashion square, and hiking trails. Location definitely exceeded expectations!!

Billy was an excellent host and the place was perfect. He took great care of us and was quick to respond and answer/help with any questions needed. The place was clean, had all the amenities we needed. The check out was so easy as well. If we go back to phoenix we will most certainly try and stay there again. Thanks for saving us from our previous air bnb!

Jeremy was a great host. He allowed to check in early when we arrived to the city earlier than expected. The townhouse was very modern and clean. Would highly recommend staying at this location. Will be back for sure. Side note. The massage place on the corner is amazing.

This was a great location. They supplied board games and there is outdoor seating with a BBQ. It is right across from the community pool.

We loved the mid century vibe. Townhouse was on point and so comfortable! Highly recommend booking a stay-cation at the hotel Valley Ho pool. Dinner there, too, at ZuZu was amazing. So close to Old Town. Farmers’ Market was amazing and so close. Easy area to walk or Uber from. Had a great time!
