Really recommend this apartment, easy to get there and also really convenient having pool,gym and working space.

Had a great stay. Walkable to Erawan train station which made it easier for us to roam around. Great value ! Would recommend ! :)

Clean, modern, quite and reasonably equipped kitchen. Ideal especially if you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. The host was helpful as well!!! Thank you Pim 😊

Fantastic Stay at TSL! I recently stayed at TSL and had a wonderful experience. The place is well-kept, with lots of food options just downstairs. Although it’s not near any train stations, the convenience of motorbike taxis downstairs made getting around easy. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Der Abholservice vom Flughafen funktionierte reibungslos und der Check in waren hervorragend. Alice Wohnung war sehr schön. Sie war sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Wir fanden alles was wir brauchten. Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer,Bügeleisen, Schrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher es war einfach alles da. Die Klimaanlage war gut angeordnet und funktionierte tadellos. Wir waren 10 Tage dort und es war super für uns. BTS konnten wir nicht nutzen, weil wir nicht raus bekamen wie man an Tickets kommt. Wir nutzten Grab und waren sehr zufrieden. Danke Alice, dass wir deine Wohnung nutzen durften wir kommen gerne wieder.

It's a nice enough room in a mid-aged building (circa 1998). Stayed a couple of months. The room is not fancy but it's spacious, clean and has decent views (although the peeling, old tint on bedroom windows obscures that view). The pool is good for laps (bought my own deck chair as there are none) and gym is usable (most machines broken). Location not close to BTS trains but is a good local area. Room was good for its purpose and useful space for work-fron-home. A new sofa and some high chairs/small high round table, plants on the balcony would add some value. Was there for the earthquake, which was scary but the building held up!!

Loved my stay here. A soulful, quiet and cosy home in a fun and very authentic Thai neighbourhood. Anchali was a great host helping advise me on local spots and good places to eat. The park next door is so full of character, Muay Thai, running and lots of trees, this is almost worth it alone. Was a great base to explore Sathorn and Yan Nawa river areas, especially with the bicycle provided. Would happily stay longer term, recommended!

아주 늦은 밤 도착했지만 Maria가 로비로 내려와 반겨주었고, 집은 너무 깔끔했어요. 2층에 수영장과 헬스장도 편하게 이용 가능했습니다 집근처에는 빵집과 국제학교가 있어서 조용한 편! 세븐일레븐은 있으니 필요한건 전부 구비 가능합니당 ㅎㅎㅎ + 체크아웃이 12시인데 늦잠 자느라 30분 오버했지만 ㅠㅠㅠ호스트가 이해해주었어요. 정말 친절했고 다시 방콕 온다면 꼭 다시 예약할겁니다 (클럽 thonlor나 ekkamai에서 놀 생각 있으신분들 강추!)

这次在曼谷旅行，住的这个1卧室花园房源真的太让我满意啦，必须给它五星好评！刚到这，我就被眼前的景色惊艳到，坐在花园里，能看到悠悠的河流，还能眺望曼谷的天际线，视野超棒。房子内部也特别干净整洁，布置得很温馨，床软软的，睡一觉超解乏。卫生间设施齐全，用着很方便。而且房东人特别好，不管是入住前咨询问题，还是入住时遇到一些小需求，都能很快得到回应和帮助。住在这里，出行也挺便利的，周边有不少好吃好玩的地方。这次住宿体验简直完美，下次来曼谷，我还想住这儿！

A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

Enjoyed our stay in Bangkok, place was really nice and clean.

房東給予的說明很明確且友善，住宿與地點與照片一致。 一群人包棟的話很方便，還可以洗曬衣服。 附近都是一般住戶，大家也都很友善，社區也很安靜。 巷口就有711，缺少東西可以方便購買。 地點離市中心稍稍遠，但可以依靠大眾運輸抵達，若與旅伴分開行動也是可以的。 整體來說是很棒的住宿體驗！
