Great apartment in a great neighbourhood! Easy to get around, friendly people, relatively quiet and peaceful. We stayed for one month, and felt like we were leaving a second home when we left. Would definitely recommend!

The condo room was appointed wonderfully. Kwang made sure the refrigerator was stocked with enough complimentary water to last my entire stay. I must also commend her on having an ample supply of soaps, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. Bed was comfortable and the a/c was top notch. The location is <5 minute walk to a MRT station if you need to venture into Bangkok proper. About a 10 minute walk to 7-11, but the condo has a couple of vending machines on the ground floor in case you are craving a snack or a drink. Highly recommend and would certainly stay here again. So happy to stay here for the week! We had complete amenities plus free bottled water, snacks, plates and utensils, ironing materials, and even complimentary homemade ice cream from their shop downstairs that’s absolutely delicious! The room is gorgeous! Very clean and beautiful. It’s very spacious and lovely. So happy to have a water heater in the shower too. Plus a very chill balcony. Altho, there’s an ongoing construction outside, it didn’t really bother us. Happy that there’s Netflix too for us to enjoy. The location is quite private and not as accessible to the shopping centers but it’s very safe and peaceful. It’s nearby a 7-11 if extra stuff are needed. It’s also nearby Wat Arun. The hosts are super friendly! They even offered to book us a ride to and from the airport making it very convenient. They also gave us remarkable recommendations. Overall, Would love to be back here! And must definitely go back for the ice cream and the local cats!

Le logement de Mitch est propre, pratique et correspond totalement à la description. malgré une situation géographique un peu éloigné il est situé dans un quartier bien desservi, calme et avec plein de magasins et restaurants. Seul point négatif le manque de serviette dans les chambres et le papier toilette pas toujours present, cependant Mitch a été très réactif quand on lui en a demandé

Really lovely accommodation close to Tha Phra MRT station (10-minute walk), which makes getting around the city super easy. The MRT is the Blue Line, which is the "Circle Line" of Bangkok, meaning you can connect to nearly every other MRT/BTS station you could need, although there are a ton of popular attractions directly on the Blue Line. The place itself is very spacious and homey. Comfortable bed, large room, clean bathroom, cold A/C, and a nice balcony for relaxing outside. There is a shared kitchen one floor below the room, and it has a kettle as well as a few pots and pans for making simple dishes. One of the biggest benefits is that there is a clean-water dispenser in the kitchen area, meaning that you don't need to buy water from local shops for the duration of your stay. Winai (the host) is incredibly kind and super communicative. He could not be more helpful, and any time I had to contact him he was quick to respond. I highly recommend this AirBnB!

A very beautiful and clean place to stay, hosts are extremely friendly, understanding and respectful! Lots of yummy food nearby and it’s very easy to travel to the city central and airport from this location! I totally recommend La Casa Filipina, feels like home despite being in a different country, and you can tell the owner takes good care of their place :) Thank you so much!
