Great apartment in the heart of District 1. The pool was a welcome relief and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Definitely recommend for a family stay. Lots of cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance.

David & Kiera Le's place was an absolute hassle free experience. Apartment is well maintained. We enjoyed staying at their place and appreciate the support they extended through our stay.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour tout était propre, confortable, pas de problème de bruit ou quoique ce soit Attention a la tête pour les personnes de plus d’1 mètre 75 mais sinon c’était un super nid douillet L’écran géant à disposition est parfait pour se détendre avant de dormir via Netflix YouTube etc L’hôte est super réactive aux messages et très gentille ainsi qu’arrangeante Merci encore !!

It was our last stay in Vietnam after 2 months of travelling over the country and it couldn't be a better choice of accommodation. The flat was very cozy, clean, cheerful and friendly. These light colours and the decorations always made me feel at home, at the same time everything was carefully thought over. Whatever you might need of was there starting with a steamer and finishing with a coffee maker (with grinded coffee too). The flat absolutely matches the pictures and the description, and it was so good sometimes I felt I even don't want to go outside)) The host was very friendly, hospitable and responsive. I highly recommend the flat and, if I ever found myself in HCMC again, I would definitely stay there again.

Just like last time, we had a great experience with this host. Our stay was very pleasant

Nội thất được bài trí gọn gàng, tinh tế, với tông màu ấm áp tạo nên không gian dễ chịu và thư giãn. Giường ngủ mềm mại, chăn gối sạch sẽ và thơm tho. Ánh sáng trong phòng được thiết kế vừa đủ, không quá chói mà vẫn đảm bảo sáng sủa, thích hợp cho cả nghỉ ngơi và làm việc. Ngoài ra, phòng còn được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi như máy lạnh, nước nóng, và một góc nhỏ pha trà/cà phê rất tiện lợi. Điểm đặc biệt là không gian yên tĩnh, thích hợp để thư giãn sau những giờ làm việc căng thẳng hoặc chuyến đi dài. Chủ nhà rất thân thiện và chu đáo, luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ khi cần. Un petit havre de paix en plein cœur de Ho Chi Minh . Le logement est idéalement situé, caché dans les petites ruelles, parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied. La déco est super chaleureuse et soignée, le lit est bien confort. Je me suis fait un petit film grâce au projo, un vrai plaisir. Le contact avec l’hôte a été vraiment top, disponible et attentionné. Franchement, un sans faute, je recommande les yeux fermés ☺️

Anh is great host, she is pet-friendly person, enthusiastic and supportive. Definitely a good choice with good location in D3 that easily enables me going around the city. Enjoy the good around the area as well, like Hu Tieu and Bun Rieu, very local dishes in the morning 😝

We had a lovely stay, the studio was well decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location was further from the tourist attractions/main area of district 1 than we realised.

Great place and great host. The only thing would be the location is a little too close to a busy area where I can hear the vehicle’s noise.

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Phòng đẹp, trang trí nhẹ nhàng, ấm cúng. Sảnh đón đẹp, nhân viên lễ tân và bảo vệ rât thân thiện. Tiện ích nội khu rất tốt, hồ bơi rộng, có chỗ đi dạo rất lý tưởng.

Clean and beautiful unit at a Top Class location in Ho chi minh. Landmark81 at the doorstep. Walking distance to the parks and Saigon river. Plenty of convenience, groceries, cafes, restaurants. Quiet at night. Was able to enjoy a good rest

This airbnb was accessible and had many great restaurants nearby. Their place had the necessities I needed and best of all - the comfiest bed! The host was very responsive and kind as well so this was definitely worth booking!

Mình book căn hộ cho gia đình, căn hộ xinh và host rất supportive lun!!! Căn hộ thơm tho xỉu, chăn ga sạch sẽ ngủ ngon ko bị lạ nhà. Có đủ dụng cụ bếp cho các bạn muốn nấu nướng tại nhà. View thư giãn, bước xuống là đủ thứ ăn chơi rùi. Điểm cộng là check in dễ dàng, có hướng dẫn đầy đủ. Highly recommend lun ạ !!!
