This is a lovely and welcoming apartment with a patio in the center of Florence, 2 + 2 beds, and is newly renovated. It is located on the ground floor (no stairs) of a characteristic building in the district of Santa Croce, in the heart of the historic center. It was renovated by the owner, an architect with twenty years of experience, who wanted to preserve and enhance the features and characteristics typical of an ancient Florentine house: wooden beams, antique portico with stone column and brick arches. It consists of an entrance hall, a living room with dining area and relaxation area, a sofa bed, a sleeping area with a French double bed and separated by curtains, a private courtyard with a fountain, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment gets great sunlight and is very quiet because it overlooks the private courtyard. It is warm in winter and cool in summer and equipped with every comfort: independent heating, air conditioning, free wifi internet access, books, magazines, tourist guides in Italian, English, French, German, and maps. There is a fully equipped kitchen, including coffee, oil, salt, sugar, and a large selection of teas. Dishwasher and washing machine. Because the apartment is located in the heart of Florence where only Florentine residents are permitted to park, it is necessary to leave your car in one of the parking garages near the apartment (fee €. 20-25/day). You can easily walk to every place of artistic and cultural interest. If you arrive by train, you can walk or reach me directly by bus. If you arrive by plane you can take a taxi directly to my front door. This district is the most charming of the city and the street is quiet and peaceful. Apartment PonteVecchio -In the heart of the Center

Favoloso appartamento situato al primo piano (= diciassette gradini e ascensore che vi porteranno a fianco della porta d'ingresso della casa) in un palazzo del 1600-1700. Questo appartamento è stato completamente restaurato nel 2014, conservando gli affreschi originali del 1600-1700 che sono in tutte le pareti interne Il suo bellissimo balcone e le sue finestre si affacciano sulla Famosa Loggia del Porcellino. Arredato con cura e con eleganti mobili di alta gamma lo rende veramente un gioiello. L'appartamento è stato completamente e finito di restaurarto ( escluso gli affreschi) a GIUGNO 2014 con primissime qualita nei materiali a e con tutti confort che occorrono e arredato con gusto . L'edificio è del 1200 ed all'interno di tutto l'appartamento, le pareti interne hanno affreschi originali e no restaurati, dell'anno 700. Ideale per chi vuole vivere la Storia di Firenze. Si trova in una posizione fantastica e soprattutto nel mezzo dell' area pedonale. Per chi ama visitare i monumenti ed i musei più importanti della città, si possono raggiungere brevemente a piedi senza nessun bisogno di qualunque servizio pubblico essendo l'appartamento nel cuore del centro storico. Gli ospiti avranno a completa disposizione , tutto l'appartamento e tutti i confort di cui ne fanno parte. La cucina è predisposta per tutti i tipi di colazione ( Bollitore per the, Tostapane, Macchina per il caffè alla americana, Moka per caffè alla italiana,Vari tipi di Tè , ecc....) per cucinare è fornito di tutto il necessario ( Pentole, Posate, Bicchieri, Piatti, Frigorifero, Microonde, ecc...) In qualunque momento del giorno sono a loro completa disposizione pronto a consigliarli , aiutarli o a raggiungerli , qualora avessero bisogno o urgenze o lo desiderassero. L'appartamento è meraviglioso e situato nel quartiere più importante del centro storico.Esso ha il balcone più grande di tutta la Piazza. Situato a pochi minuti a piedi dai musei, monumenti più importanti della città e della Storia. Consiglio vivamente la cucina toscana, cui ne sarei onorato a consigliarvi alcuni ristorantini tipici Fiorentini. Accanto all'appartamento, si trovano i negozi con i migliori marchi di moda del mondo. Essendo in una aerea esclusivamente pedonale , per muoversi con mezzi motorizzati , è possibile chiamare un Taxi , oppure spostarsi con gli autobus. Per chi arriva in macchina , è obbligatorio prenotare il posto auto al Garage di nostra fiducia. Basta informare me , ed io provvederò a fare ciò ed ad informarvi dell'indirizzo, costi e come fare ad raggiungerlo. Dallo appartamento , il Garage , dista a metri 150. Situato a pochi minuti a piedi dai musei, monumenti ed i più importanti Un esempio = Quando si lascia la porta dell'edificio: - sulla sinistra dopo 30 metri vi troverete in Piazza Signoria con il Museo degli Uffizi e Palazzo Vecchio, se proseguite per 70 metri vi troverete ad attraversare Ponte Vecchio. - sulla destra vi troverete a 3 minuti dalla Cattedrale del Duomo.

In the flat there is plenty of space for your smart-workstation: internet is fast and reliable, accessible from every corner. We take particular care in sanitizing all the critical areas, in particular the space is sanitized by means of ozone generators. The apartment is newly restyled with a very special taste, mixing different styles in the architecture and design. It is a 2 floors apartment at the last floor of a mid 20th century building right outside the historical city center: at the first floor there are the bedrooms (a Suite and a second bedroom) the bathroom and a wardrobe room. The Suite is introduced by an elegant living area with a separè industry in glass and iron dividing it from the double bedroom with balcony and fireplace. The second bedroom has a big wardrobe with mirrors, a fine couch and twin beds to be disposed at one's will. Through an elegant white marble staircase we have access to the brand new rooftop kitchen and the wide terrace with a view on the hills sorrounding Florence and spots of the old buildings of the historic center. The apartment is entirely reserved to our guests, access to it is by the staircase or by elevator with private access to the floor. The rooftop terrace is only for our guests with sole access from inside the apartment by a staircase. At the same floor in a separate flat live the owners, always ready to help! The owner lives next door and is always available if needed. Chez Geraldine is an apartment just outside the historical center. It’s predominantly a residential district, but the cathedral, Galleria dell'Accademia, and Piazza San Marco are a 15-minute walk away. Food stores, restaurants, and bars are close by. AVAILABLE 4 BIKES (adult size) for our guests, included in the price. Please, use it with care and lock it well each and any time you leave them without custody, thank you.
