Beautiful cabin located in Lands of Pickwick subdivision. It's just minutes from Pickwick State Park, boat ramps, & stores. Nestled on 1 acre of woods, Blade Bay features lots of windows and a wrap around deck so you can enjoy nature and the sunrises while sipping your coffee in the morning or beverage of choice in the evening. We have high end furnishings throughout the house with Tempurpedic and Sealy mattresses for a great nights sleep. We also have a fenced yard so you dog will love it too!

Come and unwind at our 'intimate piece of paradise!' We started building this cabin in 2022, with the dream of having a personal get away spot. Everything you see is handcrafted by myself, wife and our two kids. There's amenities that we think everyone will love, including: heated floors, heated towel rack, bath tub on the front porch, huge windows and so much more! Has 2 BR, 2 B, 3 rd BR that's setup with a Z-bar, iron & ironing board, blowup twin mattress. 1 BR has it’s own private bath, 2nd B is off the hallway. Walking distance to UNA baseball field, & basketball gyn. This house is strictly for renting and not my personal use & I hope you find it to be welcoming & comfortable! Features include a spacious screened in porch with lake view and multilevel deck directly on main river. Small pier for swimming, or it may be used for securing boat. Closest boat launch site is Pride Landing, about 5 miles west of house. Double driveway offers plenty of parking space.
